Think about the gravity of situation, OTP was not being sent on the mobile numbers of the information seekers and in the absence of OTP they were failed to give their RTI application before the public authorities. Thanks to the public spirited person who made the representation in this regard before the chief Information commissioner of Haryana who took action in the matter.

It is obvious that the government does acting of providing the services to the people in the state but the factual position is that most of the public staff remain busy in concealing their wrongdoing from the public. They know that Right to Information act 2005 will exposed them which is the root cause entire facilities provided by the government for the public as promotion of this act is cryptically blocked by the corrupt public personnel in the government.

It is obvious that role of the Chief Information Commissioner is positive in regard to implementation of Right to Information act 2005 and its promotion among the masses and ensuring the reach of it to the public. But one thing is clear that the role of the government staff of the Government of Haryana was unproductive to the promotion of Right to Information act 2005. Why the government was not sending the OTP? There are fear psychosis among the corrupt public personnel in the governments that because of this act they may be exposed.
