Subject: Application under Subsection (1) of Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005

Respected Sir,

I am Naresh Kumar Jaiswal S/O of Ashok Jaiswal. I reside in Surekapuram Colony on Jabalpur Road in Mirzapur City. My PIN Code is 231001. My mobile number is 9005697304. I hereby submit this application under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

This application pertains to the grievance registered under number GOVUP/E/2025/0083834, received on 23/07/2025 by the Ministry/Department of Uttar Pradesh. The grievance is about the conduct of the Station House Officer at Police Station Chilh. This occurs under the supervision of the Superintendent of Police, District Mirzapur.

Evidently, Arbitrary and inconsistent reports have been submitted on the government portal. Thus, it is deeply concerning. They appear to reflect personal bias rather than objective verification. Obviously, Such actions undermine the principles of transparency and accountability enshrined in our governance framework. Moreover, including vindictive statements allegedly made by my father in official reports is inappropriate. Hence, This is contrary to established norms.

I seek the following information. This request is made under Subsection (1) of Section 6 of the RTI Act, 2005. Kindly provide the requested details within the time stipulated under Subsection (1) of Section 7 of the Act:

  1. Firstly, please provide the name and designation of the public staff who endorsed the grievance GOVUP/E/2025/0083834 to Tehsil Sadar, Mirzapur.
  2. Secondly, kindly clarify the reason for not forwarding the grievance to the police department. In view of facts, The subject matter directly concerns police conduct.
  3. Thirdly, furnish copies of any government orders, office memoranda, guidelines, circulars, manuals, or notifications. Evidently, These documents should authorize Tehsil Sadar to entertain grievances related to police functioning.
  4. Fourthly, please identify the specific paragraph in the grievance that seeks partition of ancestral land. Obviously, The current interpretation appears to be misaligned with the actual content.
  5. Finally, provide the posting details, names, and dates of joining of the concerned Tehsildar. Additionally, Include the information for the Revenue Inspector and Lekhpal currently serving in District Mirzapur and Tehsil Sadar.

I trust that the requested information will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the RTI Act, ensuring transparency and accountability in public service.

With regards,
Naresh Kumar Jaiswal

It seems that there is no honesty in the working of the tehsil Sadar. Whether the concerned authorities of tehsil Sadar cannot understand the contents of the grivances because they are submitting arbitrary reports in each grievance. Undoubtedly they will feel difficulty in providing information because it will expose them.

It seems that concerned staff of tehsil Sadar did not understand the contents of the grievance because his report is a concocted story in itself. The objection of the applicant is made on the fraudulent selling of the ancestral properties. Because of corruption in the working of the police, the police are submitting arbitrary reports.

When it has been categorically expressed that the matter concerns the working of the station house officer chilh Mirzapur then why did they forward the grievance to tehsil Sadar? The matter consist the credibility and integrity of that officer so they will never tell the information about the officer.

I don’t think that they will provide information. This matter concerns the deep rooted irregularities. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of the tehsil Sadar. Why will they expose themselves by disclosing the information sought by the information seeker?
