Grounds for Appeal

The primary ground for this appeal is “No Response Within the Time Limit.”

By December 17, 2024, more than a month and a week had passed without any communication or information from the responsible PIO NHM U.P. The applicant contends that this inaction is a clear violation of the RTI Act and a “mockery of the provisions.

Mr. Singh further commented that the purpose of the RTI Act—to promote transparency and accountability to curb corruption—is being diluted by such non-compliance from public officials. He expressed concern that this is a widespread issue that needs to be addressed seriously by higher authorities, especially involving steps taken by PIO NHM U.P.

    सरकार हम छात्रों के साथ शोषण कर रही है 17000+ भर्ती को पूरा करने में दो साल से ज्यादा समय लिया और वेटिंग लिस्ट अभी तक क्लीयर नही किया। कोई सुनवाई नही है हम लोगो की एनएचएम ऑफिस जाओ तो वो एक दो लोगो से ज्यादा अंदर जाने नहीं देती वहा से भगा देती है जवाब मांगो तो मुख्यमंत्री जी जाने और उपमुख्यमंत्री जी जाने इनके पास जाओ तो एनएचएम ऑफिस जाओ वो करेगी ऐसा प्रावधान नही हैं। मुझे ये अवगत कराया जाय की जब ये सब छलावा करना था तो भर्ती क्यों निकाली एक तरफ कहते है हम बेरोजगारों को रोजगार दे रहे हैं और दूसरी तरफ हम छात्रों के पेट में लात मार रहे हो। ऐसा अन्याय कब तक होता रहेगा।
