    Hostgatered did not keep it’s promise. and the refund still pending before it. The most surprising thing is that hostogator did not respond the emails sent by the department of consumer affairs from National consumer helpline.

  2. Think about the gravity of situation hostgator took the money from the customer and first assured to refund it but later it did not refund.
    Moreover when the matter was raised before the government departments then hostgator did not reply them but it is most unfortunate thing is that they did not take any action against the hostgator which was more surprising for the applicant.
