    This matter concerns the cyber fraud and most respected police of this state, reserve Bank of India and concerned banking institution was properly informed in the matter. Unfortunately no fraudulent elements were detained by the police because police did not reach the offenders.

    It seems that the offenders involving in the cyber fraud used to have the blessings of the influential bureaucrats and political masters which is the road cars no action is taken against them in this largest democracy in the world. This is also one of the matters which could not be worked out by the police.

    Reserve Bank of India, concerned banking institutions and the police provided sufficient time to the fraudulent elements to do the fraudulent activities which is the root cause no culprits traced by the police. Due to the pressure police registered the first information report but did not take action.

  4. Police failed to detain the fraudulent elements and closed the case without work out. It is showing the incompetence of the police personnel in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
