This grievance was closed by the concerned officer on 29th February 2024 with the following remarks. You have not yet deposited any prescribed fee settled at the level of subordinate officer, so you are directed to get your license by booking the slot by depositing the prescribed fee and clicking photos
Now I have made the payment of Rs.400. Now it is the duty of the concerned staff of the public authority office of regional transport officer Mirzapur to allot the slot to the applicant. The applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the regional transport officer District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh to the following points as follows.1- It is quite obvious that the applicant submitted the application for the renewal of the driving licence within the validity of the driving licence.
2- Everyone knows that huge penalties are imposed on the applicants in the name of late applications and it creates a matter of conflict between the applicant and the staff of the department.
3- This application is being submitted to ensure that the applicant will not deposit or will make payment if anything will be charged additional which is not legitimate.
4- During the last renewal of the driving licence, the concerned staff was charging a huge penalty, but I did not pay a single penny in the name of penalty. Undoubtedly, I struggled for more than one and half years.
5- Please provide the name and resignation of the staff of the regional transport office Mirzapur who is processing my online application for the renewal of driving licence in the office.
Please take necessary steps in processing my online application for renewal of driving licence and grievance in transparent and accountable manner. For this, the applicant shall ever pray to you Honourable, sir.

This RTI application has not been responded by ARTO Mirzapur so appeal has been made before Uttar Pradesh information commission and I think that they will respond after notice. There is forest rule because of corruption. 1-Public information officer must provide the reason for not printing the present address of the applicant on the renewed driving license provided by the public authority currently. 2- My earlier driving license was sent at the address SUREKAPURAM COLONY, JABALPUR ROAD, MIRZAPUR CUM VINDHYACHAL (NPP),MIRZAPUR,UP 3- Provide the name and designation of the staff who processed the online application for the renewal of the driving license of the applicant. 4- Provide the name and designation of the staff under whom monitoring processing of the renewal of driving licenses takes place.
