Prayer- Public information officer provided misleading information after the first appeal made by the appellant which is mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005.

1- Public information officer must provide the information concerning circular, office memo government orders exchanged with the commissioner of police prayagraj regarding to curb the growing criminal activities in this class one district because of the dereliction of duty of the police personnel.
2- Please provide the action taken by the commissioner of police Prayagraj in the case of steep hike in the cases of theft concerning bikes under the jurisdiction of police station Mauaima district Prayagraj which is quite obvious from the attached document to the online RTI application.
3-People say that In incidents of bike theft, the police do not register a case in the first place. If anyhow the case is registered on the instructions of senior rank authorities, then in the name of investigation, it is put into a cold bag.
Right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound administrative system, so provide the reason for the procrastination of the police in registering the first information report in cases of bike theft.
4- Please provide the case detail if any worked out by the Mauaima police concerning the theft of motorcycles/bikes in the last 6 months.
5- Please provide the punitive action taken by the commissioner of police on the rise of the theft of motorcycles/bikes against the police personnel to fix accountability.
6- Please provide the communications exchanged by the commissioner of police Prayagraj with the station house officer of police station Mauaima or circle officer Phoolpur concerning the steep hike in theft cases of bikes.

श्रीमान जन सूचना अधिकारी/ सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त फूलपुर कमिश्नरेट प्रयागराजमहोदयसादर अवगत कराना है कि आवेदक योगी एम० पी० सिंह निवासी मोहल्ला सुरेकापुरम जबलपुर रोड संगमोहाल मिर्जापुर द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रार्थना पत्र की जाँच की गई तो ज्ञात हुआ कि आवेदक योगी एम०पी० सिंह उपरोक्त द्वारा थाना मऊआइमा जनपद प्रयागराज के क्षेत्र में पिछले कुछ माह से चोरी गई मोटर साइकिलों के बारे में जनसूचना अधिकार की धारा -6(3) के अन्तर्गत माँग की गई है जिसके सम्बंध में अवगत करता है। कि विगत कुछ माह से मोटरसाइकिल चोरी के कुछ मुकदमें थाना हाजा पर पंजीकृत हुए है। जिनके अनावरण हेतु पवारसी सुरागरसी की कार्यवाही चल रही है। जिनमें से कुछ मुकदमों का सफल अनावरण किया जा चुका है। शेष के अनावरण हेतु सम्भव प्रयास किया जा रहा है। जल्द ही थाना हाजा पर पंजीकृत मुकदमों का गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जायेगी। रिपोर्ट सादर सेवा में प्रेषित है।
