The matter concerns the working of the station house officer, police station- Marihan, district Mirzapur. The police is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter which is the root cause the moral of the nuisance creators is high which must be curbed by the senior rank officers in the Department of police by directing the station house officer, police situation- Madihan, district- Mirzapur in accordance with the law.

It is requested that the applicant is a native of the above address. The land of the applicant is with the opponents, in which paddy is planted. Today, on 01.08.2024, the opponents unanimously destroyed the paddy crop by throwing garbage and grass in the paddy field of the applicant. When the applicant went to stop the opponents from doing such a thing, all the opponents started abusing the mother of the applicant and sister and ran towards him with sticks in their hands to beat him. The applicant saved his life by running away, otherwise the opponents would have killed the applicant. While leaving, the opponents said that they will soon kill you and throw you away. No one can do anything to us.
No one can do anything to us. The opponents are circus, gangster and goon type people. They have set an illegal goal. They keep creating ruckus with people every day. These people have become very arrogant and say that the police cannot do anything to them. The applicant had earlier also given an application against the opponents but due to no action being taken, the morale of these people has increased. In such a situation, it is necessary and legal to take appropriate legal action against the opponents.
Therefore, it is requested to most respected sir to please register a First Information Report against the opponents and take appropriate legal action. So that the applicant and the family of the applicant can remain safe. We would be grateful to you.
