Grievance Description
According to the report of the investigation officer the opposition party has grabbed the land of the applicant besides the road of the applicant. The investigation officer also reported in the report that according to convenience, the opposition party repaired the road by putting soil on it, During this process some portion of the land of the applicant has been additionally taken by them. The investigation officer also alleged that the applicant wants to make the matter criminal while the matter is pure revenue.
It is noticeable that the road was covered with the soil with the purpose to show that the land belongs to the position party which is a kind of grabbing and police is trying to show them as a generous person of the society. Whether they took the permission of the applicant before covering the private road of the applicant with the soil. They did not do so because they had ulterior designs.
It seems that the memory of the investigation officer is weak and he has forgotten that this is not a public Road, this road belongs to the applicant which means the private road of the applicant.
This private Road is the subsequent agreement between the applicant and the concerned landlord and this road belongs to the applicant not opposition party. There is no Road for the opposition party and they are using the road of the applicant. The landlord of the opposition party is different.

Think about the conspiracy of the police of Krishna Nagar police station first they conspire to grab the land which is the private road of the applicant by colluding with the opposition party and now they are publicly declaring the private Road as the public Road. Whether it is not reflecting the rampant corruption in the department of police under the supervision of Commissioner of Police Lucknow.
It is quite obvious that the investigation officer belonging to Krishna Nagar police station Lucknow submitted an arbitrary and cryptic report which is not only mysterious in nature but also supporting the opposition party because they belong to the department of the police. If there will be such favouritism in the department of police, how can such police be instrumental in providing justice to the vulnerable section of society because the applicant itself belongs to the vulnerable section of the society whose human rights are being violated by the police.
The applicant is very much unsatisfied with the redressal of the grievance of the investigation officer who had not adopted a logistic approach before submitting the report on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Grievance Description-It seems that the investigation officer is incompetent to understand the contents of the grievance because since the beginning the applicant is claiming that the road is not public Road because this road is the private road which is quite obvious from the attached document to the grievance. Here points are dispute are- 1-Who authorised the opposition to make wall for the private road of the applicant?
2- Who authorised the Kamla Dayal to put the submersible pump in the private road of the applicant?
The matter concerns the working of the Commissioner, Lucknow police and offence committed by his subordinates.
It is quite obvious that the report submitted by the investigation officer under the supervision of the assistant commissioner of police belonging to the commissionerate Lucknow.
Most respected sir the report submitted by the concerned investigation officer in the following grievance is arbitrary and inconsistent and a biased approach supporting the opposition party
