Grievance Description
It is quite obvious that tahsildar Sadar took the recourse of revenue case pending before the sub divisional magistrate Sadar concerning with the paimise of the land but it is most unfortunate the purpose of the paimise was to stop the construction of the road which is disputed from several years.
Sab divisional magistrate Sadar itself committed the contempt of court because he was properly informed by the applicant but hi did not take any action in the matter and construction of the road took place under the monitoring of the Jigna police.

Grievance Description It is most unfortunate that jigana Police again submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report through the circle office at Lalganj in the matter. This report is completely baseless and incredible which must be taken into account by the accountable staff of the department of police.
It is noticeable that the land under dispute was measured by the revenue inspector and lekhpal which was found less than 3 bishwa in respect of actual measurement of the land in available revenue records as told by the revenue inspector.

Grievance Description-From the following communication it is quite obvious that superintendent of police district Mirzapur misled the office of Chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh as follows.
Most respected sir if the matter was sub judice then how can construction of the road take place on the impugned land? Think about the deep rooted corruption in the working of sub divisional magistrate Sadar who overlooked illegal construction of the road in the transitory land of the applicant even when the matter was subjudice in the court of sub divisional magistrate quite obvious from the report of the lekhpal concerned in the matter. Whether such corrupt practices in the working of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar reflect transparency and accountability in his working? Whether the construction of road was done by the gram pradhan and her husband by the help of the fund provided by the department of rural development was not prohibited by the vulnerable court of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar who allowed the construction done by the gram pradhan. It is quite obvious that the applicant made a call to the sub divisional magistrate Sadar but he deliberately overlooked the matter.

उक्त के सन्दर्भ में सादर अवगत कराना है कि आवेदक श्री अशोक कुमार मौर्या उपरोक्त के प्रार्थना पत्र की जाँच लालगंज, जनपद मीरजापुर द्वारा करायी गयी। जाँच अधिकारी की आख्या की छायाप्रति संलग्न कर रिपोर्ट सादर अवलोकनार्थ प्रेषित है।

Most respected chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh may take Cognizance-Cognizable of the first and second page of the attached PDF document to the grievance which are showing that road has been completed by the opposition party and report of the police is false and baseless so action must be taken against the concerned police personnel without any further relay.
महोदय प्रार्थी के जमीन का रकबा 22 विस्वा है 16 जून को पूर्वान्ह में जमीन का नाप लेखपाल और कानूनगो के माध्यम से कराया गया जिसमें प्रार्थी का जमीन तीन विस्वा कम पाया गया मौके पर सिर्फ इस समय 19 विश्वा जमीन मौजूद है महोदय जो भी रिपोर्ट लगाया जा रहे हैं यह सभी रिपोर्ट तथ्यात्मक ना होकर भ्रम पैदा करने वाले हैं भ्रामक हैं सोचिए जब प्रार्थी मना कर रहा था कि रोड ना बनाया जाए उसके बावजूद जबरदस्ती प्रार्थी के जमीन के बीचों बीच एक किनारे से रोड बना दिया गया बनाया गया समस्त रोड प्रार्थी के जमीन में है जिसकी वजह से प्रार्थी को बहुत बड़े आर्थिक नुकसान का सामना करना पड़ा तीन विस्वां जमीन की कीमत इस समय 9 लख रुपए है श्रीमान जी कृपया 9 लाख रुपए कीमत की जमीन का नुकसान प्रार्थी का तहसील और पुलिस से कारण और वह छतीपूर्ति संबंधित के तनख्वाह से कराया जाए श्रीमान जी तहसील कर्मियों द्वारा जितने चकरोड और आबादी की जमीन थी सब बेच डाली गई अब प्रार्थी के जमीन में रोड बनाई गई है तीन विस्वा की छतिपूर्ति संबंधित तहसील कर्मियों के तनख्वाह से किया जाए श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी बहुत गरीब है और इतना बड़ा नुकसान सहने की सामर्थ्य नहीं है
Most respected sir the applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the respected sir to the following points as follows.
1- The report of the police accords as follows.
Jigna police visited the spot of the controversy. Apparently they requested the opposite party to stop the construction work. The opposite party denied to stop the construction work. But in the report they have categorically mentioned that they stopped the construction work on the road which is false and baseless quite obvious from the attached page 1 and 2. The applicant has videography of the entire drama of the police and the opposite party.
2- The concerned police personnel may tell the applicant name and designation of the competent officer who ordered the construction of the road and the opposite party continued its construction and completed the road by taking the recourse of that order. Moreover no boundary has been decided by the department of revenue in the matter yet and rupees 1000 was deposited in the year 2022 and entire formalities were completed on the part of the applicant as already reported to the police.
3- Think about the credibility of the report submitted by the superintendent of police before the office of Chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh which is categorically stating that construction of the road has been stopped by the police.
