कृपया उपर्युक्त जनसुनवाई का संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें। उक्त के निस्तारण कम में क्षेत्रीय प्रभारी सफाई नायक, श्री सुरेश भारती, वार्ड नं0-06 डंगहर, मो0नं0-6394120285 द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि उक्त मोहल्ले में साफ-सफाई कार्य करा दिया गया है। वार्ड/क्षेत्र में नियमित साफ-सफाई एवम् कूड़े का निस्तारण तथा कीटनाशक दवा का छिड़काव कराया जा रहा है।
उक्त से अवगत होते हुए शिकायत निक्षेपित करने का कष्ट करें।

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working after executive officer municipality Mirzapur City who is so busy having no time to take the perusal of the attached photographs to the grievances as well as facing the time crunch in visiting the complaint sites.
I have attached three photographs taken today of the lane before my dwelling place in Surekapuram colony which are attached to the PDF document to this grievance and expect that executive officer municipality Mirzapur City will not show any leniency in taking the perusal of these photographs.
Whether the executive officer will tell the proper reason for the spread of cow dungs on the lane if brooms are put daily by the sanitation staff of the municipality Mirzapur City?
The second question of the applicant is that if the municipality Mirzapur city is claiming that stray animals i.e. cows and bullocks have been sent to the cow shelters nearby then how such a huge amount of cow dung is spread on the lane.
According to the leader of the sanitation team in the area in every report it is claimed that everything is ok in regard to sanitation, to send cows and Bullocks cow shelters and spray of anti larva solutions in the area.
In my individual view there is lack of monitoring efficiency on the working platform and lack of transparency and accountability which is the root cause of such problems being faced by the local people in the areas belonging to the working of the municipality Mirzapur City.
Whether the improvement can be expected if such parrot reports will be submitted by the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City which are inconsistent and arbitrary in nature.
We need an efficient system in which working there may be transparency and accountability but in such arbitrary dealings everything has been hijacked by the mismanagement. To claim good governance is easy but actually to provide good governance to the citizens in the state is a very tough job which is obvious from the working style.

The applicant had raised the matter concerning the brooming of the lanes as well as stray animals wandering on the streets of Surekapuram colony. It is quite obvious that executive officer municipality Mirzapur City again submitted same arbitrary and inconsistent report without taking the perusal of the submissions of the grievance and without taking the perusal of the pdf pictures to the attached PDF document to the grievance. It is obvious that they are undermining the authority of the Chief minister Office because Chief minister office is the monitoring body of the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and they are overlooking the directions of them i.e. issued by the monitoring body on the jansunwai portal of the government. Whether it can be considered as good governance as being claimed by our political masters frequently during the election campaign both during assembly elections, parliamentary election. Good governance implies transparency and accountability.
