Under the right to information act 2005 CRCS said that Rs.263.63 Crore has been repaid to 2,83,863 depositors of Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies out of Rs.5000 crore.
You had to disperse the released fund 5000 crore within 9 months according to the order of the apex court and now one year has passed. Please provide the current status under article 51 A of the Constitution of India. Right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound administrative system so provide the reason for non-compliance so that concerned court may be properly informed.
Here the motive of the government is important, and this motive is reflected in the working of the employees of the government.
There are huge numbers of depositors of the Sahara Company and Sebi has secured twenty-five thousand crore rupees of the Sahara Company in order to safeguard the rights of the depositors.
The amount disbursed among the depositors of the Sahara Company in one year is only rupees 263.63 crore while central registrar cooperative society had to ensure the repayment of 5000 crore as directed by Apex Court of India.
Reply of PIO- Till January 2024, an amount of Rs.263.63 Crore has been released to 2,83,863 depositors of Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies through CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal.

This is Modi government, they are only waiting for election result, once the election result is declared then they will not repay single penny to the depositors of the Sahara multipurpose society. This government redeem the electoral bond of lottery king Santiago Martin. Most of the cheaters bow their heads before them.
ReplyDeleteThink about the credibility of the Government of India as well as apex court of India who could not disburse 5000 crore rupees among the depositors.
