* Prayer or Relief Sought Most respected sir, please take a glance of the current status of the submitted RTI application as follows. From the following status, it is quite obvious that the RTI application was submitted by the information seeker on 26th July 2023 and this RTI application was forwarded to another public information officer on 21st August 2023 for providing information to the information seeker. It is 8th November 2023 which means three month 13 days passed but the information officer in the office of director of Agriculture did not provide any information to the information seeker. This is a mockery of provisions of the right to information act 2005.

It is quite obvious that application for the Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi of the information seeker is pending at the directorate Lucknow and this RTI application and appeal is also concerned with the directorate of Agriculture at Lucknow so there is no need to transfer it to the deputy director agriculture district Mirzapur.

It is quite obvious that an online application for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is pending for approval at the level of the department of agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh.
The information seeker is seeking information from the public information officer in the office of director agriculture posted in the directorate of Agriculture at Lucknow because the application of the information seeker is pending in the office of director of Agriculture, Lucknow but it is most unfortunate concerned public information officer instead of providing information to the information seeker transferred the RTI application to the deputy director agriculture district-Mirzapur which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005.
Right to information act 2005 was introduced by government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities but it is most unfortunate that public information officer instead of providing information to the information seeker preferred to transfer it under subsection 3 of the section 6 of the right to information act 2005 to the deputy director agriculture district Mirza which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005.
Here this question arises whether the public information officer is incompetent enough to understand the contents of the submitted RTI application or he has done it deliberately to promote the corruption in the office of directorate agriculture at Lucknow because the matter concerns with the working of the director agriculture lucknow and it must be resolved by the subordinates of director agriculture Lucknow but they are illogically forwarding the matter to other public authority to conceal its corruption.
This is a humble request of the appellant to the first appellate authority in the directorate of Agriculture Lucknow to direct the public information officer to provide the information to the appellant at the earliest as well as initiate disciplinary proceedings against the public information officer for violating the subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
