5. In 2017, the Bank granted the CC loan on the stock available at that time. As per bank norms, the Drawing power is ascertained on the value of the stock every month.
6. The stock statement submitted by you on 30.06.2022 is of Rs. 6,51,030 and the stock statement submitted in branch on 31.08.2022 is of Rs. 7,04,890 only.

It is most unfortunate that you are falsely claiming that the applicant submitted the stock statement on 30.06.2022 is of Rs. 6,51,030 and on 31.08.2022 is of Rs. 7,04,890 only in the branch.Most respected chief manager of Punjab National Bank, you must take the perusal of the 7th page of the attached PDFdocument to the grievance which is the report of C.A. Jyoti Poddar dated 20th October 2022 for Om Gas Agency. It is categorically showing the total stock of Om Gas Agency is Rs. 7025416.00 in words seventy lakhs twenty five thousands four hundred sixteen rupees. This C.A. was sent by staff of Punjab National Bank who charged Rs.1000 as his fee. Why are you overlooking the report of your own C.A. ? Most respected chief manager of Punjab National Bank, you must take the perusal of the 8th page of the attached PDFdocument to the grievance which is the distribution stock verification report of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited a government of India enterprise for the Om Gas Agency. This report supports the stock verification report of the C.A. Jyoti Poddar dated 20th October 2022 and it was verified on 7th October 2022. The name of the staff of B.P.C.L. is Soumya Soren and designation is Sales Officer. Please verify the stock by visiting the store of Om Gas Agency in person you Honourable Sir in compliance of High court direction attached as first page of attached PDF document to the grievance. .

The matter concerns the illegal cancellation of the renewal of the cash credit account in the name of insufficient stock of the applicant by submitting false and fabricated report by the staff of the Punjab National Bank so the need of hour is to take action against the wrongdoer staff of the Punjab National Bank and direct them to consider the submissions of the applicant and adopt a logistic approach in the matter to reach on a logical conclusion of renewing the C.C. Account. 1-According to the aforementioned communication-As per bank norms, the Drawing power is ascertained on the value of the stock every month. 2-In the month of December 2022 the amount paid to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited a government of India enterprise for the Om Gas Agency is Rs.4394000.00. 3-Here it is quite obvious that whatever stock has been shown in their reports submitted by the staff of the Punjab National Bank is concerned with the payment of two consignments of the Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited. 4-It must be noted that in one month from 15 to 18 such consignments are sent by the Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited a government of India enterprise which is quite obvious from the payments made by the applicant from the current account opened in the Punjab National Bank. 5-It is most unfortunate that you are falsely claiming that the applicant submitted the stock statement on 30.06.2022 is of Rs. 6,51,030 and on 31.08.2022 is of Rs. 7,04,890 only in the branch. In regard to compliance of order passed by Honourable High court of Judicature at Allahabad as follows.
WRIT - C No. - 29195 of 2023, division bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad directed the parties as follows-
Supplementary affidavit filed today will be kept on record.
Put up this case on 18.10.2023 as fresh.
In the meantime, parties to avail the opportunity to settle the loan
in the negotiations which are going on between the petitioners and
the Bank.

The hard copy of the aforementioned grievance under signature of the applicant with enclosures made efforts to submit before the branch office as well as the circle office of Punjab National Bank Bulandshahr. It is most unfortunate that concerned office bearers refused to take it.
Thereafter the applicant decided to send the hard copy with annexures through speed registered post and this speed registered post received by them on 13th October 2023 quite obviously from the speed post track on the website of the postal department. Vide attached document to the grievance.
Please direct them to carry out physical verification of stock which was claimed by them insufficient for renewal as requested by the applicant in a transparent and accountable way. Vide attached PDF document of 9 pages.
