Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system which must be followed by (I & CI).
Income Tax Officer (I & CI), Income Tax Building, Civil Lines Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and others public authorities must tell the reason of streaming messages on the mobile number and email of the applicant instead of holder of mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in the annual information report.
The applicant has already informed the Department of income tax that Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in the annual information report do not belong to the complainant. This mobile number and email is the cause of the entire trauma of the complainant. This person who is the holder of this mobile number and email misused my PAN linked with my Aadhar by colluding with the department of income tax. 1- How many properties you have owned either individually or jointly during the concerned F.Y.
2-Please furnish computation of Income for the year under consideration? Please provide details of rental income and
details of property along with rental/lease agreement?
3-If you have not shown the rental income under House property income then provide the reason why the same may not
be considered under the house property income?
The reply of point 1,2 and 3 can be given by the holder of mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in the annual information report. Annual Information Statement Financial year 2020-21, Annual Information Statement Financial year 2021-22 and Annual Information Statement Financial year 2022-23 do not contain single statement which may concern to complainant but it concerns to Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com which must be investigated by D.G. Vigilance under intimation to the complainant.
