Grievance Description
An application under article 51A of the constitution of India on behalf of my father Gulabdhar Maurya Son of late Amarnath Maurya resident of village and post Lohiya Talab district Mirzapur to make enquiry regarding the compliance of the endorsement order passed by the Honourable sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mirzapur 28 September 2021. This order was addressed to the station house officer Kotwali Katra district Mirzapur quite obvious from the first page of the attached documents.
It is quite obvious that one year two months passed but no action was taken by the concerned to free the land of the applicant from the clutches of land mafia.
The applicant made the application under section 24 of the revenue code 2006 to decide the boundary of the land on the suggestion of the staff of the department of revenue tahsil Sadar and pai mise of the land was made by the concerned lekhpal but still no action taken by the department of revenue and police concerned to provide the possession of the land to the applicant so that fear of the land mafia may end.
On the one side of screen Yogi Adityanath sir is claiming to provide the good governance but on the other side of a screen land mafia are hurling abuses to the applicant before the staff of the department of revenue and the police personnel. Whether it is the signal of end of the terror of the Mafia in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Whether it indicates the control of the criminal activities in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
श्रीमान जी इस व्यथा के साथ जो संलग्नक लगा हुआ है पीडीएफ फॉर्मेट में उसका प्रथम पेज प्रार्थी के पिता गुलाबधर मौर्य द्वारा उप जिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्जापुर को लिखा गया शिकायती पत्र है और इस संलग्नक के साथ संबद्ध द्वितीय और तृतीय पेज प्रार्थी द्वारा संलग्न किए गए जमीन का दस्तावेज है जिससे स्पष्ट है कि प्रार्थी की दावेदारी पूर्ण रूप से पुष्ट है और भू माफियाओं के पास जमीन संबंधी कोई दस्तावेज नहीं है यदि दस्तावेज हैं तो तहसील सदर और मिर्जापुर पुलिस दोनों अपनी आख्या में प्रस्तुत करें क्योंकि कोई दस्तावेज है ही नहीं इसलिए आंख्या में वह कोई भी दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं करेंगे
Sir, the first page of the attachment attached with this grievance is the complaint letter written by the father of the applicant Gulabdhar Maurya to the Deputy District Magistrate i.e. sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mirzapur in PDF format and the second and third pages attached with this attachment are the details of the land attached by the applicant. There is a document from which it is clear that the claim of the applicant is completely confirmed, and the land mafia does not have any documents related to the land, if there are documents, then both Tehsil Sadar and Mirzapur police should present them in their report because there is no document, so in the eyes they will not submit any documents.
सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य है कि संबंधित लेखपाल राहुल जादौन जिनका मोबाइल नंबर 72370 18737 है खुद ही पक्की नाप करने वाले हैं और वह पक्की नाप उनके द्वारा उप जिलाधिकारी महोदय को अभी तक प्रस्तुत नहीं की गई है जिसके कारण उनके अनुसार विलंब हो रहा है क्योंकि लेखपाल महोदय बातचीत में बहुत ही मिलनसार और विनम्र हैं किंतु मामला तो 1 वर्ष 2 महीने से लटका पड़ा है अरे कुछ तो प्रगति हो कहने के लिए तो सभी ईमानदार हैं किंतु अभी भी कुछ कमी रह गई है लगता है तभी तो प्रार्थी को और दौड़ाया जा रहा है

According to the report of Lekhpal, both complainant and opposition purchased the land, but opposition is grabbing the entire land. Both police and Tehsil requested grabbers, but they denied the request. Undoubtedly, this report is the frustration of the Tehsil and they are escaping from the matter. Lekhpal is providing absurd suggestions to the complainant in the matter of land grabbing to file litigation under section 116 of revenue code 2006. This absurd suggestion came while the boundary of the लेखपाल की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक शिकायतकर्ता और विपक्ष दोनों ने जमीन खरीदी, लेकिन विपक्ष पूरी जमीन हड़प रहा है। पुलिस और तहसील दोनों ने कब्जा करने वालों से अनुरोध किया लेकिन उन्होंने अनुरोध को अस्वीकार कर दिया। निस्संदेह यह रिपोर्ट तहसील की हताशा है और वे मामले से बच रहे हैं। लेखपाल जमीन हड़पने के मामले में शिकायतकर्ता को राजस्व संहिता 2006 की धारा 116 के तहत मुकदमा दायर करने का बेतुका सुझाव दे रहा है। यह बेतुका सुझाव तब आया जब राजस्व संहिता 2006 की धारा 24 के तहत भूमि की सीमा तय की गई है।
