Subject-Several green trees cut down by the offenders illegal consequently F.I.R. must be registered in the light of The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976(U.P. Act No. 45 of 1976) up480 Dated 19th November, 1976 Received the assent of the Governor on November 19, 1976, published in U.P. Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 22nd November, 1976, pp. 8-13.As amended by U. P. Act No. 28 of 1998 Herewith the informant details are as follows. 1-Provide date and time if any application for permission to cut the green trees commercially received by the department of forest from offenders
1-Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh 2-Dilip Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh.
2-Provide the certified copy of permission if issued by the department of Forest to the aforementioned offenders to information seeker at the earliest.
3-The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976 aimed to protect ecology and environment and its provisions are protected by the department of forest by taking help of the police concerned.
Please provide the action taken report regarding grievances made by the information seeker quite obvious from the attached document to the RTI Application.
4-Everyone knows government gives paramount importance to protection of the ecology and environment consequently it is obligatory duty of the public staff to remain vigilant to curb illegal cutting of green trees.
Provide the details of efforts made by the office of divisional forest officer District Mirzapur to curb illegal cutting of green trees.
