Our great leader Modi Sir talks of good governance but where is the good governance? For Good governance, there must be serious initiatives instead of overlooking genuine efforts of public spirited people. It is quite obvious from the lackadaisical approach of the staff of the State Bank of India the applicant suffered a lot which must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of India so that a proper mechanism must be established to process the grievances forwarded by the public grievance portal of the Government of India. The staff of the State Bank of India say that why the customers are approaching to the public grievance portal of the Government of India? The answer is simple that if you will not redress the grievances of the people of the country then they will try every mechanism available in this largest democracy in the world to sort out the problems.
