जब कार्य में जवाबदेही और पारदर्शिता बढ़ेगी तब जाकर सरकारी तंत्र में सुधार होगा और जब भ्रष्टाचार का बोलबाला होगा तो निरीह जनता सिर्फ परेशान होती रहेगी यही प्रकृति का नियम है क्या आज तक डेबिट कार्ड का जो समस्या पैदा हुई थी उसका निराकरण हो पाया आज भी समय-समय पर डेबिट कार्ड अपनी रहस्यमई शैली से भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ब्लॉक करता रहता है अब तो प्रार्थी का पैन कार्ड की दो अकाउंट में जोड़ दिया गया है और उन्हें अकाउंट से हटाने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है
