Branch manager of city branch of SBI says as-Kindly use this new card issued to you in Feb 2021, since the validity of expired card cannot be extended.
Account services are blocked and GLOBAL Card not working but this lady is saying that use your GLOBAL Card. Most surprisingly this GLOBAL Card has been blocked by the branch. Lady branch manager of the city branch of SBI is completely diplomatic and has a malicious approach to customers.

It is quite obvious from the lackadaisical approach of the staff of the State Bank of India the applicant suffered a lot which must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of India so that a proper mechanism must be established to process the grievances forwarded by the public grievance portal of the Government of India. The staff of the State Bank of India say that why the customers are approaching to the public grievance portal of the Government of India? The answer is simple that if you will not redress the grievances of the people of the country then they will try every mechanism available in this largest democracy in the world to sort out the problems.
