Sir, you had to provide information within stipulated 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI Application in the office as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 but not feasible because of deep rooted corruption in the government machinery.
महोदय, आपको सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 7 की उपधारा 1 के तहत निर्धारित कार्यालय में आरटीआई आवेदन प्राप्त होने की तिथि से निर्धारित 30 दिनों के भीतर जानकारी प्रदान करनी थी, लेकिन सरकारी तंत्र में गहरे भ्रष्टाचार के कारण संभव नहीं है

Description of Information Sought-PIO in the office of chief minister, government of Uttar Pradesh may provide the following information point wise within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of the section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 as follows.
1-Copy of the circular/ government orders/office memorandums issued to subordinate offices for disclosure of assets voluntarily.
2-Name and designation of the subordinates of the Honourable chief minister who declared their property voluntarily.
3-PIO may furnish the access to information regarding strategy to ascertain success of the pious campaign of voluntary disclosure of the assets by the public staff initiated by the stalwart chief minister Yogi Adityanath has created sensation among corrupt sheep.

ReplyDeleteसोचिए आज तक एक भी सूचना नहीं दी गई जब प्रार्थी द्वारा सिर्फ यह कहा गया कि एक अधिकारी का सूचना दे दो वहां अधिकारी है प्रोविंशियल सिविल सर्विसेज का अरविंद मोहन जो कि इस समय मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय में वेबमास्टर जनसुनवाई पोर्टल का है जन सूचना अधिकारी भी है प्रथम अपीलीय अधिकारी भी है मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय का 33 पोस्ट लेकर बैठा है और आता जाता कुछ भी नहीं ऐसे ऐसे जवाब लगाता है जन सूचना अधिकार के तहत मांगे गए आवेदनों में कि सामने वाला खत्म हो जाए
