The aforementioned grievance redressed by additional commissioner and additional registrar cooperative, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow arbitrarily without taking the perusal of the attached document to the grievance quite obvious from the first, second and third page of the attached document to this grievance.

उक्त शिकायत का निवारण अपर आयुक्त एवं अतिरिक्त रजिस्ट्रार सहकारिता, उत्तर प्रदेश लखनऊ द्वारा मनमाने ढंग से बिना संलग्न दस्तावेज के परिशीलन के बिना इस शिकायत के साथ संलग्न दस्तावेज के पहले, दूसरे और तीसरे पृष्ठ से बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है

Deputy General Manager Fertilizer Mr Narendra Singh quotes in its report that due to laxity of the transport contractor, few bags partially got wet and no fault of the any staff of department found. Who had authorized the transport contractor to provide written permission to department of Railways that in case of damages, no compensation will be claimed from Railways?

उप महाप्रबंधक उर्वरक श्री नरेंद्र सिंह ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि परिवहन ठेकेदार की ढिलाई के कारण कुछ बोरे आंशिक रूप से भीग गए और विभाग के किसी भी कर्मचारी की कोई गलती नहीं मिली. रेलवे विभाग को लिखित अनुमति प्रदान करने के लिए परिवहन ठेकेदार को किसने अधिकृत किया था कि नुकसान के मामले में, रेलवे से कोई मुआवजे का दावा नहीं किया जाएगा?

वह स्टाफ दोषी है जिसने माल अधीक्षक मिर्ज़ापुर से लिखित परमिशन मागी और यह परमिशन इस शर्त के साथ रेलवे द्वारा प्रदान किया गया की पार्टी द्वारा किसी भी छति पूर्ति का दावा रेलवे से नहीं किया जाएगाआश्चर्य की बात यह है की सब कुछ जानते हुए भी मुख्य मंत्री कार्यालय अनजान बन रहा है और एक लापरवाह नौकरशाह की लापरवाही को नजरअंदाज कर रहा है

श्री मान जी खाद दो बार भीगी है पहली बार १४ हजार बोरी D.A.P. अर्थात डाई अमोनियम फॉस्फेट जिसकी कीमत एक करोड़ थी और दूसरी बार २५ हजार बोरी यूरिया जिसकी कीमत भी लगभग एक करोड़ थी प्रकरण का पहली बार ही शिकायत की गई थी और वाकायदा मीडिया कवरेज हुआ था किन्तु उसका कोई असर नहीं था और दूसरी बार फिर खाद भीगने की घटना घटी सम्बेदनहीन नौकरशाही का जीता जागता उदाहरण है

वर्षा जल से खाद भीग गई जिसके कारण सरकार को बहुत ज्यादा नुकसान हुआ आज 5 साल बाद उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार का कर्मचारी यह कह रहा है कि खाद वर्षा के जल से आंशिक रूप से भीगी थी Manure got wet due to rain water due to which the government suffered a lot. Today, after 5 years, an employee of the Uttar Pradesh government is saying that the manure was partially soaked by rain water. How is justice justified by a state government employee submitting such irresponsible reports? प्रदेश सरकार के कर्मचारी द्वारा इस तरह गैर जिम्मेदाराना आख्या प्रस्तुत करना किस तरह से न्याय उचित है श्रीमान जी क्या यही सुशासन है जैसा कि देश के दिग्गज नेता रूलिंग पार्टी के दावा कर रहे हैं Sir, is this good governance as claimed by the ruling party leaders of the country? Think about the mismanagement in the Government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh where grievance of the common people reaches to the concerned mandate after 5 years even when the matter concerns the deep rooted corruption quite obvious from the media reports.

Sir the matter concerns the loss of 20 million rupees of fertilizer and the applicant is struggling for more than four years and the most unfortunate thing is that the chief minister office has no interest to fix the accountability of the concerned personnel

Think about the gravity of situation that there is photographs which is categorically showing that fertilizer soaked up rain water into it. It rained heavily quite obvious from the report published in the leading daily Amar ujala attached with grievance but it is very much unfortunate that accountable public functionaries blindly supporting the false report of the concerned staff who are defaulters of loss occurred to the government. Undoutedly they cheated the innocent and gullible farmers and sold them worthless fertilizer which has been worthless because it soaked the rainwater into it . Whether guilty can be accepted as innocent because they are saying that they did not commit the guilt. Here it is quite obvious that my allegation is based on the media reports and supported by the eye witnesses but they are claiming falsely about His saying that the manure was partially wet is completely untrue as he has no proof of this.
