श्री मान जी जिलाधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर जिला पंचायतराज अधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर और मुख्य विकास अधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर क्या इस आधार पर पंचायती राज अधिनियम के तहत जिलाधिकारी द्वारा नामित जिलास्तरीय अधिकारी डिप्टी कमिश्नर मनरेगा और प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर द्वारा जाँच को प्रभावहीन मान सकते है क्योकि प्रधान द्वारा यह आरोप लगाया गया की उपरोक्त दोनों ग्राम प्रधान से रुपया ५०००० घुस मांग रहे थे किन्तु उसका कोई ठोस सबूत नहीं था
यदि खंड विकास अधिकारी के द्वारा जांच को आधार बनाया जाय तो वे तो खुद ही जांच में दोषी पाए गए है जो कीजांच आख्या से स्पस्ट है उन्होंने गलत रिपोर्ट इसलिए प्रस्तुत की जिससे उन्हें रिकवरी से मुक्ति मिल जाए और बेदाग़ हो जाए
ठीक है इससे तो यही सिद्ध हुआ की उपरोक्त दोनों अधिकारी ५०००० रुपये घुस मांगने के दोषी है तो क्यों नहीं आप कार्यवाही करते क्यों की आप को भय है की वे लोग आप के इस भ्रष्टाचार को नंगा कर देंगे
रही बात वर्तमान परियोजना निदेशक के रिपोर्ट की तो उनका रिपोर्ट तो इसी बात से गलत सिद्ध हो जाता है की जिस भुगतान की बात वह कह रहे जांच आख्या के अनुसार उसी की रिकवरी होनी थी अर्थात प्रधान द्वारा जिन भाई चाचा और नजदीकी रिश्तेदारों को मेठ बनाया था और उनके नाम पर पैसा निकला था उनकी भी वसूली नहीं किया और रिपोर्ट में यह बता रहे है की सब का भुगतान हुआ है कितना भ्रष्टाचार है जिसने ईमानदारी दिखाई वह चोर हो गया और चोर ईमानदार हो गए वाह रे योगी सरकार
मेरे पास जांच का भी वीडियो है और तत्कालीन खंड विकास अधिकारी का मेरे चल भाष पर किये गए फोन टेप का रिकॉर्ड भी है जो उनके भ्रष्टाचार को उजागर करते है इसलिए ईश्वर ही इस देश को बचा सकते है आज फिर वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन कर देंगे १२ पेज का पीडीऍफ़ दस्तावेज संलग्न है
श्री मान जी पंचायती राज अधिनियम के तहत जिलाधिकारी द्वारा नामित जिलास्तरीय अधिकारी डिप्टी कमिश्नर मनरेगा और प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर द्वारा जाँच की गयी और उस जांच में विकास खंड छानवे के कर्मचारी अनियमितता के दोषी पाए गए और एक लाख एक हजार छह सौ पंद्रह रुपये वसूली की सिफारिश अधिकारी द्वय द्वारा किया गया किन्तु आज तक वसूली नहीं हो पायी है इस अनियमितता के लिए ग्राम प्रधान सेक्रेटरी तकनीकी सहायक और ग्राम सेवक दोषी पाए गए और उनसे रिकवरी सुनिश्चित करना था जिलाधिकारी को और दंड भी सुनिश्चित करना था
फिर नाटकीय घटनाक्रम में जिनसे वसूली होनी थी वही जांच अधिकारी बन गए और वे अपने आप को दंड देना उचित नहीं समझे और खुद को क्लीन चिट दे दिए
महत्वपूर्ण बात यह हुई की ५० हजार रुपये प्रधान से घुस मांगने के लिए उपायुक्त मनरेगा और परियोजना निदेशक को बक्श दिया अन्यथा सिफारिश के देरी थे नहीं तो जिलाधिकारी मुख्य विकास अधिकारी की तिकड़ी दोनों अधिकारिओं को ले डूबती क्योकि वे लोग ५०००० रुपये घुस जो मांग रहे थे

Whether Government of Uttar Pradesh headed by Honest Yogi Adityanath will tell how the office of chief minister accepted the grievances disposed of when District Panchayti Raj officer only told in its report that the matter concerns the deep rooted corruption is related to the office of the project director Mirzapur. They did not touch the submissions of the grievance. Here this question arises that why Yogi Aditynath Government is shielding the wrongdoers by overlooking the grievances on the flimsy ground ipso facto obvious.

Whether D. M. Mirzapur can tell the mechanism to cancel the report made under the Panchayat Raj Act. Whether the mechanism followed by him if not, why not he be subjected to penal proceedings under the law of land as no one can take the law of land under teeth as done by him.

D.P.R.O. Mirzapur submitted forged documents before the senior rank officers so he must be subjected to scrutiny under sections 465,466,467,468,469 and 471 of I.P.C.
Whether it is not a mockery of law of land that the enquiry under challenge was made ground to dispose of the grievance. The bogus enquiry made by the wrongdoers in order to shield themselves upheld by the D.M. Mirzapur itself which is a mockery of law of land and creating insecurity in the mind of the citizenry and credibility of institutions have reached the nadir in the eye of common citizenry. It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that deputy commissioner work and employment had also been granted the charge of B.D.O. Chhanbey arbitrarily carried out enquiry through its subordinates in order to shield its corrupt coterie. In order to shield its skin this deputy commissioner and working B.D.O. Chhanbey Sushil Tripathi made the mockery of the panchayat Raj ACT and ordered enquiry and superseded enquiry made by the joint team of senior rank officers Deputy Commissioner MGNREGA and 2-Project Director Mirzapur carried out under panchayat raj act.
