Your applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.1-Sir, premature delivery lacking proper monitoring, medication and management of my wife was carried out by the concerned staff of the women hospital Mirzapur consequently she died at the tender age of 20 years tantamount to unintentional murder of my wife by the concerned staff of women hospital Mirzapur. F.I.R. must be registered against the concerned staff of the government women hospital. महोदय, मेरी पत्नी की उचित निगरानी, दवा और प्रबंधन की कमी के कारण समय से पहले प्रसव महिला अस्पताल मिर्जापुर के संबंधित कर्मचारियों द्वारा किया गया था जिसके परिणामस्वरूप 20 वर्ष की उम्र में ही उसकी मृत्यु हो गई जो की मिर्जापुर महिला अस्पताल के संबंधित कर्मचारियों द्वारा मेरी पत्नी की अनजाने में हुई हत्या के समान है प्राथमिकी सरकारी महिला अस्पताल के संबंधित कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ दर्ज होना चाहिए मेरी पत्नी और नवजात बच्ची की हत्या का 2-Because of the mismanagement and dereliction originated from corruption of staff of Women hospital Mirzapur, the applicant suffered untimely demise of my young wife and newly born baby. There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
