Think about the mismanagement of the reserve Bank of India who are adopting approach in resolving the problems of the aggrieved people. Two grievances earlier submitted regarding the non sending alert messages on the registered mobile number of the aggrieved applicant were forwarded to the bank of India deliberately without taking the perusal of the contents of the submitted grievances and now they have taken more than one month time to redress the grievance whether it is not mismanagement on the part of reserve Bank of India as well as Aryavart Bank. Now it has been proved fact that there is no transparency and accountability in redressing the grievances of the aggrieved people on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. Reserve Bank of India is a regulatory body to control the private sector banks as well as nationalised banks but because of corruption its working always remained under cloud.
