Concerned PIO AJAY KUMAR Designation ADDITIONAL DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF POLICE

Here information seeker wants to fix accountability of the wrongdoer police staff who indulged in activities of land grabbing by colluding with the land grabbers. Here PIO is avoiding to provide information because of the rampant corruption in the working of the police concerned. High court stated in its order to seek civil remedy but land grabbers by colluding with the police grabbed the land and house which is disobedience of the High court order and aforementioned information sought from the department of home as home secretary is the respondent 1 in the case in which verdict delivered by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad but they forwarded it to the public authority office of the commissioner of police Lucknow as wrongdoing is closely connected to the working of the police at Lucknow. In this case police itself played cryptic and mysterious role to mislead the lower court by colluding with the land grabbers and now running away from the core issue of the non-compliance of the High court order by the Home secretary Uttar Pradesh, commissioner of police Lucknow and Station officer Ashiana Lucknow.
