When it has been requested in the grievance Grievance Status for registration number : GOVUP/E/2022/04920 that the matter be referred to police for investigation but office of chief minister remains fail to do so which means they themselves not interested to curb corruption from the government machinery. It seems that I have to wait the formation of the new government in the state so if proper address is not feasible, then it must be kept pending up to 10th March. श्री मान जी प्रकरण भ्र्ष्टाचार से सम्बंधित है और शासन द्वारा उन्ही भ्र्ष्ट लोक सेवको के पास निस्तारण हेतु भेजा जा रहा है जिनकी संलिप्तता उनके टालमटोल से खुद ही स्पस्ट है इसलिए मामले को पुलिस अधीक्षक मिर्ज़ापुर को प्रेषित कर क्षेत्राधिकारी स्तर के अधिकारी से जांच कराया जायचू  कि प्रार्थी लगभग एक वर्ष से प्रकरण को सम्बंधित अधिकारिओं के समक्ष  प्रस्तुत कर रहा इसलिए उनके मनमाने रिपोर्ट्स जो मामले पर पर्दा डाल रहे है प्रार्थी जांच अधिकारी के विरुद्ध रख सके चूकि मामला भ्र्ष्टाचार से सम्बंधित इसलिए पारदर्शी जांच जरुरी है श्री मान जी 396763.20 रूपये का सरकारी क्रय केन्द्र पर विक्रय नितिन सिंह अमित कुमार द्वारा किया गया जो की जिलाविपणन अधिकारी जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी का एजेंट था जिसको लोकल  स्तर पर सपोर्ट किया जा रहा था पूर्ति निरीक्षक छानवे  द्वारा इसलिए मामले में बिना प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज किये कोई हल नहीं निकलेगा इसलिए प्रकरण को पुलिस को ट्रांसफर किया जाय और उपरोक्त के विरुद्ध पुलिस द्वारा कार्यवाही कराया जाना समीचीन है सोचिये जब रक्षक ही भक्षक बन जाएगा तो क्या होगा प्रभु ही मालिक है लघु प्रस्तुतियाँ इस प्रकार हैं। 1-आप उस खाते का विवरण भी दे सकते हैं जिसके माध्यम से लेनदेन किया गया था। 2-आप आधार अमित कुमार नाम के विवरण का खुलासा कर सकते हैं-अमित कुमार, जो घोटालेबाजों के अन्य सदस्यों तक पहुंचने की कड़ी है 3-किसान आईडी-1990305426, किसान-नितिन सिंह के नाम , कानून की उचित प्रक्रिया को अपनाए बिना कैसे तैयार किया गया था? 4-सत्ता के घोर दुरुपयोग की जांच क्यों नहीं की गई, लेकिन संबंधित लोगों ने बड़े पैमाने पर राशन कार्ड को रद्द करने को प्राथमिकता दी, जिससे लोगों के कमजोर वर्ग के हित प्रभावित हुए?संदर्भ संख्या : 60000210152648 , दिनांक - 25 Jan 2022 तक की स्थिति आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण :शिकायत संख्या:-60000210152648 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singh शिकायत के साथ संलग्न है Grievance Status for registration number : GOVUP/E/2021/63142Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Yogi M. Therefore, they had to focus on the focused point of the grievance like1-You may also provide the account details through which transactions were made.2-You may disclose the detail of the Aadhar name-AMIT KUMAR, who is the link to reach the other members of the scamsters.3-How the Farmer ID-1990305426, Farmer-NITIN SINGH, was prepared without adopting due procedure of the law?4-Why blatant misuse of power was not checked but the concerned preferred to cancel the Ration card on the large scale, injuring the interest of the vulnerable section of the people? Please withdraw the payment made into the account of Nitin Singh otherwise wrongdoers will take away.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित उक्त प्रकरण की जांच पूर्ति निरीक्षक द्वारा की गयी पूर्ति निरीक्षक की जांच आख्या अनुसार श्रीमती शगुन सिंह का राशनकार्ड कट जाने के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत की गयी है उक्त के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि शगुन सिंह पात्र गृहस्थी कार्ड क्रमांक संख्या 219940604126 के खाते में किसान आई डी संख्या 1990305426 पर नितिन सिंह अमित कुमार के नाम से 396763 रूपये का धान विक्रय किया गया है जिसके कारण इनका राशनकार्ड विलोपित किया गया है आख्या सेवा में सादर प्रेषित

By irritating with the inconsistent and arbitrary reply by the department of food and civil supply government of Uttar Pradesh applicant requested the accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to direct the police of the deputy SP rank to investigate into the matter so that truth may come out but Yogi Adityanath government is failed to do so which reflects the deep rooted corruption in the government machinery in the Uttar Pradesh and this corruption has blessings of the key officers that is why this corruption is not being controlled by the government machinery and everyone is giving fodder to this corruption. Only to say that working is full of Honesty but actually not so, has been the daily practice of the Yogi Adityanath government quite obvious from the parrot reply for 1 years in the the matter concerned with the purchase of wheat and paddy quite obvious from the post and their parrot reply.
