Grievance Description

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sant K. P. Singh to make enquiry regarding irregularities committed in the working of S.D.O. City Mirzapur. The matter concerns electricity distribution division II District-Mirzapur under the supervisory control of the executive engineer Mr. Manoj Kumar Yadav.

विषय -श्री मान जी पूरे सुरेकापुरम में खुले तारो को केबल से प्रतिस्थापित किया जा चुका है किन्तु लक्ष्मी नारायण बैकुंठ महादेव मंदिर के ऊपर से जो खुले तार गए है ट्रांसफार्मर और पोल के बीच का वही तार प्रतिस्थापित नहीं किया गया है 

महोदय -

श्री मान जी जब पूरे मोहल्ला का खुले तार आप हटवा दिए तो आप के अधीनस्थों द्वारा लक्ष्मी नारायण बैकुंठ महादेव मंदिर के ऊपर से जो खुले तार क्यों छोड़ दिया गया श्री मान जी उस तार को हटाने के लिए ३२०० रुपये पूर्व में दिया जा चुका था किन्तु कुछ बकाया  रह गया था और आप के अधीनस्थों का विचार यह रहा होगा की पूरा घुस मिल जाय तब लक्ष्मी नारायण बैकुंठ महादेव मंदिर के ऊपर से जो खुले तार को केबल से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाय और प्रार्थी को यह लगा की जब केबल लग ही रहा है तो तार हटाने की सम्म्स्या खुद बखुद दूर हो जाएगी किन्तु आप के अधीनस्थ अपने लालची मन पर नियंत्रण नहीं कर पाए और लक्ष्मी नारायण बैकुंठ महादेव मंदिर के ऊपर से जो खुले तार गए है ट्रांसफार्मर और पोल के बीच का वही तार प्रतिस्थापित नहीं किया गया है श्री मान जी धर्म के प्रति कोई आदर भाव होता तो आप के अधीनस्थों में विचारों की मलिनता न आती श्री जी व्यक्ति को उसके कर्म महान बनाते है उसके चरित्र महान बनाते है सार्वजनिक खजाने से भारी भरकम रकम तनख्वाह के रूप में मिलती है ईश्वर के कृपा से ही अन्यथा ज्यादा योग्य दो जून की रोटी के लिए तरस रहे है                                  

श्री मान जी उपरोक्त केबल न बिछने का क्या कारण है स्पस्ट करे और यह आराजकता नियंत्रित करे

Undoubtedly executive Engineer Manoj Kumar Yadav accepted that just after revamp will start he will correct the mistake in the initial stage and will give the first priority to correct the mistake but I think that he did not take the perusal of the submissions of the grievance in which there are other allegations which have been made against the subordinate staff of the department of electricity. This question is important why they left the connection between the transformer and the nearby Pole why they left connecting through cable between the two poles in regard to which they had taken bribes already. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public authorities so that a logistic approach may be adopted by the concerned public staff to provide an amicable solution in the matter and aggrieved people may be satisfied with the disposal of the grievance but no one is taking care of it in this largest democracy in the world quite a from the report.
