Appeal Number DEABD/E/A/22/0003607 Date of Receipt 24/02/2022
Appeal Text-It is quite obvious that in order to remove your objection that on the affidavit, my signature is not available. I had visited your branch along with my elder brother Mahesh Pratap Singh alias Yogi M. P. Singh and concerned staff dealing with the file of death claim verified my Aadhar card and signature in front of many other customers and other objections were also removed. Therefore resolve the matter under intimation to the aggrieved applicant.
Following remarks made by the aggrieved complainant Arun Pratap Singh
Sir, I had already submitted my consent before the branch manager but you did not accept those. Sir we brothers already had left our legal claim in support of my mother as we think that money in the account of my father is the only legal right of my mother but staff of the bank deliberately created hindrance that was unusual as well as mysterious and cryptic. Because of corruption and growing immoral values in the society, it is natural that bank staff do not believe that sons can leave their shares

Whether it is not reflecting deep rooted corruption in the working of Bank of India especially its branch Wellesley Ganj Mirzapur City district Mirzapur who have submitted the report of 19th January 2022 to dispose of the grievance dated 2nd March 2022? They are well apprised of the fact that entire formalities have been completed on the part of aggrieved claimant Vidya Devi and whatever objections made by the staff of the bank through various communications have been overcome. Whether it is not proved that because of the embezzlement culture they are procrastinating on the matter their working style is full of corruption. There are two kinds of evidence of corruption first is direct evidence and second is circumstantial evidence are indirect evidence. Circumstantial evidences are crying of deep rooted corruption in the working of the staff of the Bank of India.

ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly entire episode proved the rampant corruption in the working of the Bank of India but it is unfortunate that honest Central Government headed by Narendra Damodar Modi is running its government through print and electronic media and having no support of rule of law . If the Narendra Damodar Modi is the real well wisher of the people of this country he must take the perusal of at least 2-3 grievances of the people of this country daily. If our prime minister is really a Man of calibre why is he not using his calibre?
