श्री मान जी शिकायत में दोनों अस्पतालों का जिक्र किया गया है और क्या परेशानी हुई उसका भी जिक्र किया गया है श्री मान जी मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी के उसी समय निरीक्षण का जिक्र किया गया है जिसमे वे एक रूम में बैठ कर गोलचौरा कर रहे थे और समस्त स्टाफ उनकी चाटुकारिता में व्यस्त था और मरीज अपने विमारो के साथ अनुनय विनय में ब्यस्त थे

सम्बंधित शिकायत मुख्यतः टी०बी० हास्पिटल से सम्बंधित है I टी०बी० हास्पिटल अधोहस्ताक्षरी के अधीन संचालित नहीं होता । मण्डलीय जिला चिकित्सालय से सम्बंधित शिकायत के सम्बंध में प्रभारी अधिकारी आईसीटीसी’ मण्डलीय जिला चिकित्सालय मीरजापुर द्वारा दी गई आख्या दिनांक– 03–03–2022 अपलोड की जा रही है कृपया अवलोकन करने का कष्ट करें ।

श्री मान जी कोई नहीं आख्या अपलोड नहीं है इसके बावजूद शिकायत निस्तारित कर दी गई क्या इसी तरह से लोगो की समस्याओं का निस्तारण किया जाता है इससे बड़ा आराजकता तो खुछ हो ही नहीं सकता यह तब हो रहा है जब कुष्ठ रोग उन्मूलन के नाम वर्ल्ड हेल्थ आर्गेनाइजेशन से भी पैसा आ रहा है और उसका बंदरबाट हो रहा है

How the submitted grievance can be considered as disposed of if the submissions of the grievance have not been touched by the concerned public functionaries quite obvious from the submitted report of one line by the chief medical officer at the district Mirzapur. Think about the gravity of situation that when they did not touch the merit of the grievances how will they act on the oral submissions made by the aggrieved people. Whether in a good governance submissions of the grievances are not touched by the accountable public functionaries of the government and to redress the grievances public functionaries of the government submit the inconsistent and arbitrary reports as done in the Government of Yogi Adityanath in the state of Uttar Pradesh ipso facto obvious from the submitted report of the chief medical officer district Mirzapur. To run away from real issues reflects the rampant corruption in the department which must not be promoted by the senior accountable public functionary.

If they are really interested to redress the grievance of the complainant then they must take the perusal of the submissions of the grievance and after submission taken into account they must act on those submissions but it is actually not taking place in the working of public authority and they have not redressed the grievance so they are inviting the complainant as they know that complainant cannot reach to them and they will not be well behaved to the complainant and this is only a pretext and you can say that one of the tricks to redress the grievance without touching the submissions of the grievance and such practices of the Government functionaries of Uttar Pradesh are quite common but accountability is never fixed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh
