यहा पर उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यालय की विश्वसनीयता पर ही प्रश्न  चिन्ह है सोचिये यदि भ्र्ष्टाचार नहीं है तो इतने लम्बे समय से टाल मटोल क्यों ? टाल मटोल ही भ्र्ष्टाचार का दूसरा रूप है जो किसी भी रूप में एक स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र में स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता है उपजिलाधिकारी सदर को किसी जांच का भय तो है नहीं इसी कारण यह भ्र्स्टाचार  फल फूल रहा है सोचिये कोई भी काम बिना बार्गेनिंग के  होता है पूरे व्यवस्था का ही भ्र्ष्टाचारीकरण हो गया है श्री मान जी घुटन महसूस हो रहा है इस भ्र्स्टाचार के युग में श्री मान जी सरकार भारी भरकम तनख्वाह क्या घुस लेने के लिए देती है सोचिये ऑडियो और विजुअल प्रमाण होने के बावजूद ए डी ओ  पंचायत को छोड़ दिया गया सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो शेयर हुआ मैंने खुद कई प्रत्यावेदन प्रस्तुत किये मुख्य विकास अधिकारी प्रियंका निरंजन ने स्थानांतरण होने के बावजूद क्लीन चिट  दे दिया बैक डेट में और इस समय वे कही की जिलाधिकारी है खुले आम घूसखोरी है अंतरित लोक शिकायत अनुभाग -3(, मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ) 11-10-2021 कृपया शीघ्र नियमानुसार कार्यवाही किये जाने की अपेक्षा की गई है। जिलाधिकारी-मिर्ज़ापुर, 18-10-2021 अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित निक्षेपित संलग्नक के रूप में दो  पेज १-लेखपाल व कानूनगो की रिपोर्ट जो निम्न शिकायत को निस्तारण हेतु लगाया गया जिसके अनुसार वरासत कर दिया गया है खतौनी पूर्ण होने के बाद अमल दरामद करा दिया जाएगा वरासत के पश्चात रजि ० कार्यालय भेज दी गयी है रिपोर्ट का डेट १८ अक्टूबर २०२१ है श्री मान जी संलग्नक पेज २ का परिशीलन करे और श्री मान जी संलग्नक पेज एक  लेखपाल व कानूनगो की रिपोर्ट दिनांक २७ जनवरी २०२२ है जिसमे इन्होने पूर्व रिपोर्ट को दुहराया अर्थात वरासत की कार्यवाही सम्पादित की जा चुकी है और एक जाली पंजीकरण संख्या भी उपलब्ध कराई जो खुला ही नहीं पोर्टल पर और संलग्नक पेज ३ खाता विवरण और राजस्व ग्राम सार्वजानिक संपत्ति विवरण है आज की डेट का जो चीख चीख कर कह रहा है की कोई वरासत नहीं हुआ है और उपरोक्त रिपोर्ट में वरासत की छाया प्रति संलग्न होने की बात कही गयी है किन्तु उस छाया प्रति को जिलाधिकारी-मिर्ज़ापुर और लोक शिकायत अनुभाग -3 मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ही देख सकता है क्योकि छायाप्रति संलग्न ही नहीं किया गया है What is the difference between the earlier report submitted by the concerned staff of the tehsil sadar and this report? Whether it is not corruption that concerned staff are procrastinating in transferring the property to the inheritors? How the justice would be available to the weaker and the downtrodden section in this era of corruption which prevailed throughout in the administration of sub divisional magistrate. If a sub divisional magistrate may decide what amount of bribe would be taken by the staff at different seats would be justified in the wide public interest.

Here it is quite obvious that sub divisional magistrate Sadar is submitting this parrot report time and again on the public grievance portal and jansunwai portal of the government but he is not telling the truth that why the mutation is a not being computerized by the concerned staff at the tehsil Sadar district Mirzapur and everyone knows the transfer the property to the inheritors is done after taking bribe which is the root cause they are procrastinating on the matter despite the repeated grievances are being submitted before them by the aggrieved applicant and they are submitting the same reply again and again which is a mockery of the law of land and honest public functionaries cannot tolerate it which is representing the deep rooted corruption in the working of the the sub divisional magistrate Sadar but it is most unfortunate that government of the Uttar Pradesh headed by Yogi Adityanath is over looking this lawlessness and anarchy in the working of the staff of tahsil.
