It is 25-Jan-2022 today which means even after three months five days public information officer did not provide information. According to subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005, PIO had to provide information within 30 days from date you received R.T.I. request in the office of public authority. Which means PIO remained fail to provide information within stipulated time under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 consequently PIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Herewith PIO denied information as quite obvious from the subsection 2 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 If the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, fails to give decision on the request for information within the period specified under subsection (1), the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have refused the request. Consequently, PIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Since the matter concerns with the deep-rooted corruption, therefore public information officer of the public authority Following information sought from public information officer unfortunately he did not provide information still after undue delay. Corruption has a direct impact on the validity of human rights, largely because of two reasons. 

On one side, corruption deprives societies of important resources that could be used for basic needs, such as public health, education, infrastructure, or security. On the other hand, corruption has direct damaging consequences in general on the functioning of state institutions, and in particular on the administration. 

PIO Collectorate may provide the following information point wise as sought to the information seeker. 

1-Concerned PIO/assistant PIO may provide the status of sale of Land Khata Number- 00099. 

2- Concerned PIO/assistant PIO may provide the details of application for mutation of the impugned Land aforementioned if submitted by the party concerned. 

3- Concerned PIO/assistant PIO may provide the circular/ government order which restrains Tahsil to interfere if transitory Land holder sells the land or keep the land as mortgage by encroaching the rights of other. 

4-Lekhpal may provide the detail of visit in last three months in the villages of which he has charge. 

5-Lekhpal may provide number deaths took place between April 2021 to October 2021 in Kothara Kantit and Kothra Manda with name and dates.

* Description of Information Sought Here the matter concerns the Khata Number00099 in which Raghuvar Dayal Singh SO Bhanu Pratap Singh is mentioned as the transitory Land holder quite obvious from the attached document to the grievance. Please provide the feedback regarding the registry of the land to the third party Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh. Also provide the date when the process of mutation of land be initiated by the Tahsil Sadar to the third party. Consequently the applicant can claim for his own share before the competent authority of the Tahsil Sadar. श्री मान जी क्या लेखपाल महोदय द्वारा उपरोक्त विन्दुओं को टच किया गया लेखपाल ग्राम का रिकॉर्ड संरक्षक होता है प्रार्थी द्वारा खाता संख्या 00099 की वात की गयी है किन्तु उसकी वस्तु स्थित और खारिज दाखिल के लिए प्रार्थना आवेदन का विवरण उपलब्ध नहीं कराया और ऐसा इसलिए नहीं किये क्योकि वे बेलगाम हो चुके है श्री मान जी प्रार्थना पत्र का निस्तारण उसके प्रस्तुत विन्दुओं के अनुसार करे श्री मान जी प्रार्थी खुद कह रहा है की प्रकरण का विरोध हम ख़ारिज दाखिल के समय करेंगे प्रार्थी द्वारा खाता संख्या 00099 की स्थित जानने का प्रयास किया गया श्री मान जी सभी अधिकारी और कर्मचारी जो घूसखोर है जनसुनवाई पोर्टल से चिढ़ते है इसलिए मनमाना जवाब लगा कर मामले को ख़त्म कर देते है प्रार्थी लेखपाल महोदय के गैरजिम्मेदाराना रवैया से बहुत कष्ट में है चलिए जनसूचना अधिकार २००५ का प्रयोग किया जाएगा जनसुनवाई पोर्टल को मजाक बना दिए है For more details, vide attached document to this RTI request.
