On the same day R.T.I. communique was forwarded to Sanyukt Sachiv Basic Shiksha Parishad under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005.Sir today is 18 April 2021 which means more than two months passed but the concerned public information officer neither provided information nor forwarded it to the concerned mandate to whom the matter closely connects. * Description of Information Sought Provide information regarding the mid day meal scheme in Nibi Gaharwar primary school first and middle school nibi gaharwar block- Chhanvey Village Panchayat-Nibi Gaharwar, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Here information seeker wants to seek information concerns with mid day meal scheme in the Nibi Gaharwar primary school first from the Basic Shiksha Adhikari district Mirzapur AS HE is the departmental head so according to the rule he is the the public information officer of the department because departmental head in the field offices is the public information officer as INITIALLY directed by the the first information commissioner of Uttar Pradesh.
1-I request Basic Shiksha Adhikari Mirzapur to provide the bill voucher concerned with the mid day meal scheme of the government of Uttar Pradesh regarding the Nibi Gaharwar primary school first and Nibi Gaharwar middle school as well as he may provide total fund spent in the concerned school under the mid day meal scheme for the last two years.
2-Provide the attested copy of report submitted by the assistant Basic Shiksha Adhikari of-block chhanvey regarding inspection of aforementioned school in last two years whatever submitted before the the basic Shiksha Adhikari district Mirzapur.
3-Provide the detail of the public staff under whose supervision mid day meal scheme is being implemented in the aforementioned school and his posting detail at that particular place.
4-Provide the details of students in each class of the aforementioned school Nibi Gaharwar primary school first and Nibi Gaharwar middle school for the two years.
5-Provide posting detail OF the assistant Basic Shiksha Adhikari block-Chhanvey, district-Mirzapur as well as date of joining the service in this district Mirzapur and where first posting was given to him in the district Mirzapur.
