Today is 26 Dec 2021 which means more than four months passed but unfortunately the concerned did not provide information. According to subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005, public information officer has to provide information to information seeker within stipulated time of 30 days which was infringed by the concerned public information officer ipso facto. Premise of the electricity connection is also under the possession of Land grabbers which must be freed from their clutches. Honourable Uttar Pradesh Human Rights commission passed following order in the aforementioned cases. Proceeding प्रार्थी श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह द्वारा दिये गये शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र में विजली चोरी से सम्बन्धित ब्योरा अंकित किया गया है जिसमें अधिशासी अभियन्ता द्वारा कार्यवाही की गयी है। पुनः इस प्रकरण मेें आयोग स्तर से किसी कार्यवाही की आवश्यकता वांछित प्रतीत नहीं होती है। More details are attached to appeal. Please provide the reason of not taking action against illegal connection holder operating Aataa chakki Provide detail regarding action in regard to theft at the Hargarh power station महोदय आप प्रकरण सतर्कता पुलिस मिर्ज़ापुर को मत सौंपियेगा क्योकि उनकी व्यस्तता बहुत ज्यादा है वे लोग पहुंच नहीं पाएंगे और प्रार्थी की स्थित अवर अभियंता हरगढ़ पावर हाउस और लाइनमैन श्री राकेश सिंह जी के समक्ष गिड़गिड़ाने जैसी होगी श्री मान जी यह लालच ही है जो व्यक्ति से गलत कराती है अब आप ही सोचे मै छह महीने स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रयासोपरांत अब आप की शरण में हूँ और आप ही हमारी अंतिम आशा है वैसे भी अबैध कनेक्शन से विभाग को ज्यादा लाभ होता नहीं होता है
