* Prayer or Relief Sought Respected First Appellate Authority, the appellant kindly draws the due attention of the Honourable Sir to following submissions.
1-SPIO violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of R.T.I. Act of 2005 so action must be taken.
2-SPIO violated subsection 3 of section 6 of R.T.I. Act of 2005 so action must be taken.
3-SPIO can only deny sought information under section 8 and 9 of R.T.I. Act of 2005 but did not do so so action must be taken.
4-UPSIC had directed to ensure the compliance of recovery orders to D.M. Mirzapur so the matter is concerned with only D.M. and if D.M. is anarchist then department of administrative reform. Consequently, SPIO itself violated subclause 5 of clause 4 of notification as detail attached.
