आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of the India on behalf of aggrieved applicant Suraj Kumar Yadav seeking correction in the name of father and mother in the High school mark sheet and application made by him before additional secretary, regional office, Varanasi of board of secondary education, government of Uttar Pradesh. The matter concerns the correction in the High school mark sheet of the Suraj Kumar Yadav S/O Pattar Yadav, Name of the mother-Lalti Devi. Address of the aggrieved applicant is as -Chandradeepa, Natwan, Jangi Road, Post-Putalighar, District-Mirzapur, PIN code-231001 Applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following points.1-Application of the aggrieved applicant Suraj Kumar Yadav was forwarded by the principal of B.L.J. Inter college Mirzapur on 21/12/2020 and this application along with the annexures as attached to this representation as well was to submit on 29/12/2020, but office of public authority denied accepting the representation and suggested such applications are received through post not physically from the aggrieved applicant so aggrieved applicant sent the representation through the speed registered post on the same date quite obvious from the first page of the attached document. 2-Here with this representation, the attached PDF document contains eight pages. Which is the application forwarded by the principal and supporting papers as suggested by the concerned staff. 3-Name of the father written in the mark sheet is Pattar Lal Yadav which is incorrect, and the correct name is PATTAR YADAV. 4-Name of the mother written in the mark sheet is LALATI DEVI which is incorrect, and the correct name is LALTI DEVI. 5- More than six months passed but no action on the part of the public authority regional office Varanasi of the High school and intermediate board of Uttar Pradesh is a matter of great concern. Please direct the concerned staff of the public authority to take action in the matter so that error in the mark sheet may be rectified by the concerned.

Whether it is not anarchy in the government of Uttar Pradesh that such errors are the part of corrupt dealings and source backdoor income ipso facto.
ReplyDeleteMore than six months passed but no action on the part of public authority regional office Varanasi of the High school and intermediate board of Uttar Pradesh is a matter of great concern. Please direct the concerned staff of the public authority to take action in the matter so that error in the mark sheet may be rectified by the concerned.
Deliberately make errors in the marksheet and other certificates of the students on the large scale and when the students submit their representations to get the correction of these marksheets and other certificates then the bargaining is done by the the intermediaries of the the board of secondary education government of Uttar Pradesh or you can say that there is complete anarchy and lawlessness in conducting the exams for the students and then releasing their marksheets and other certificates.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that corruption has been integral part of the public offices in this largest democracy in the world.
They must provide straight forward response that why are they not providing the rectified marksheet of the student Suraj Kumar Yadav as they have made error in the name of father and mother in the marksheet of High school standard provided by the board of high school and intermediate?
ReplyDeleteIt seems that they have made it practice that first they make errors in the mark sheets and the other certificates provided to the students and when the students submit representation before them for the correction of the certificates then they do the bargaining with the aggrieved students.
There is rampant corruption in the regional office Varanasi of the high school and intermediate board of the government of Uttar Pradesh First they make errors in the certificates and marksheets of the students and when they submit representation for the correction then bargaining is done with the vulnerable students and their Guardians which is a mockery of the law of land and reflects rampant corruption in the working of the public authority.
