Today is 20/06/2021 which means more than three months passed and already procrastinating on the matter more than two years. Numerous grievances have been submitted in the matter. Whether concerned probationary officer Mirzapur will tell the applicant whether data is under process still or processing has completed. If processing is to be finalized by the directorate social welfare Lucknow, then concerned probationary officer may tell us maximum span of time consumed by directorate in such matters. The matter concerns the probationary officer Mirzapur who is procrastinating on the matter for two years ipso facto obvious from the date of registration of the application submitted online on the portal. Requisite documents are attached to representation.
According to the report of Block Development officer Lalganj, 1-Online form for the widow pension of Gujarati Devi has been submitted and its hard copy also has been submitted to the concerned. What is the cause of delay. What is the necessity of new application when verification is pending of one year earlier submitted online application of the Gujarati Devi. After all procrastination has been integral part of the government machinery. Which is being done by the concerned staffs. Senior rank officers are mute spectators instead of taking action. How many days concerned block development officer will take in the matter to submit the report sent to him by the probationary officer under the direction of district magistrate Mirzapur?

यह सच है की हमारे मुख्यमंत्री महोदय आप लोगो की आराजकता को नियंत्रित नहीं कर पा रहे है किन्तु आप से गुजराती देवी का ऑनलाइन आवेदन खुद प्रार्थी द्वारा किया गया है और ऑनलाइन आवेदन अधूरा नहीं हो सकता है क्योकि यदि अधूरा होगा तो उसे वेबसाइट स्वीकार ही नहीं करेगी सच तो यह है की उनकी बात की पोल इस बात से ही खुल गई की वे कह रहे है ऑनलाइन आवेदन ही अधूरा है महोदय उनसे आप तह पूछे की गुजराती देवी के ऑनलाइन फॉर्म को आप ने वेबसाइट से क्यों हटा दिया क्योकि जब वह वेबसाइट पर होता तभी तो उसका स्टेटस पता चलता पहले तो अपना तानाशाही दिखाए और जालसाजी में तो माहिर ही है श्री मान जी पिछले डेढ़ वर्षो में दर्जनों पत्र शासन को प्रेषित किन्तु किसी का समुचित समाधान नहीं क्या तह भ्रस्टाचार नहीं है श्री मान जी कार्यालय में इतना भ्रष्टाचार है की जान सूचना आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने पर भी कोई कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई है

The matter concerns the probationary officer Mirzapur but because of corruption concerned are procrastinating by forwarding it to one another. Now this R.T.I. communique is under the custody of probationary officer Sonebhadra. When it will reach to probationary officer Mirzapur, no one knows. How much our constitutional functionaries are competent for post, one can easily guess. These stupid fellow passed by copy now adopting same cheating in the public dealings. They can not understand the contents of the representations. 1-This revered lady Guajarati Devi submitted online application for widow pension 26/10/2019 which is quite obvious from the attached document to this representation. Please provide the noting and minutes of proceedings regarding online application aforementioned registered as Registrations number 316210584302
2-Provide designation and name of the staffs processing the aforementioned application submitted online.
3-Status is showing as no record found, enter correct details and try again. Please provide the reason for such strange behaviour of the website.

ReplyDeleteIt is quite obvious that this post is showing the insensitivity of the public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh to the problems of the vulnerable section. They are not providing widow pension to the Gujarati Devi a woman belonging to the tribals section.
ReplyDeleteWhether it is a good governance as claimed by the Yogi Adityanath and our prime minister Narendra Modi sir undoubtedly not?
Think about the gravity of situation directorate of of women welfare Lucknow did not entertain the application submitted under right to information act 2005 and application under right to information act 2005 was forwarded by the district administration to the directorate but that application was forwarded to the district Sonbhadra which is a mockery of the right to information act 2005.
It is well known fact that concerned public functionaries take bribe in providing the widow pension so they do not take interest to provide the widow pension to anyone without taking bribe as it will ruin their credit. Here in this case applicant is not interested to provide the bribe so they are rigid not to provide widow pension and they are making wholehearted efforts not to provide widow pension to this aggrieved lady.
ReplyDeleteIf the Modi government at the centre and Yogi Adityanath government at the state are sensitive to the problems of the widows in the state of Uttar Pradesh then they should make concrete steps in this direction to upgrade the standard of widows in the state of Uttar Pradesh but it seems that they have only elephant teeth which are to show only.
