 Most surprising is that government can provide Rs.100000.00 as salary to a staff but a printer of Rs.10000.00 can’t be purchased. Consequently staffs are busy gossips and consumers run from one post office to the other.

If no action would be taken against wrongdoers, then to claim that we are reforming the system, it would take time so and so, is misleading to citizenry. The government talking of development couldn’t provide printer and battery to its postal offices in Mirzapur district so postal department is facing too much precarious situation.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in the following grievance PMG itself intimated to your applicant that complaint is found to be true and enquiry is under process . Defaulters will be punished but when? Whether enquiry couldn’t reach at the conclusive stage even in six months?

PMG Allahabad intimated that this complaint is found true and inquiry is under process. The official at fault will be punished by Department disciplinary rule. Reply to the complainant is also given.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if action was taken by the concerned on the following representation, then today subordinate post office –in-charge of Ganesh Ganj post office, Sangmohal asked me to come on evening to take the receipt of registry. Whether it is fair to spend entire day in doing registry/post in the post office of government of India?
Please take action against the anarchists of postal department.

Why manual speed registered post and registered post is compulsory in postal department of Government of India when it is facing severe crunch of lack of infrastructure. Really this is precarious situation and signal of failure of the system. What kind of good governance would be provided Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether development can be expected from those who can’t maintain the system “as it is”, as situation is worsening day by day. Some one complains that postal orders are not available in sub-post offices and few one complains that in post offices ,staffs are denying to do speed post and registry in the name of no electricity or printer is at fault. Most surprising is that consumers are shamelessly suggested to go head office Fataha for such works.
                            
 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Your applicant has just returned back from Sangmohaal post office Mirzapur and right now writing this grievance letter addressed to Hon’ble Prime Minister of IndiaSpeed registry/registry couldn’t be done because as staff initiated the process, there was unknown functional defect in the computer system. He tried to fix it but just after few minutes’ electricity gone.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that as usual battery backup of government computer is zero therefore your applicant had to return in despair. Whether this is signal of Good governance? If there was anarchy in the congress regime ,then what change we are getting in the rule of new incumbent.

Grievance Description
:
Hon’ble Sir-Your applicant felt to much difficulty because of tyrannical decision of an accountable erring staff postal department of Mirzapur. Initially at Mirzapur railway station, there was 24 hour facility of speed post and staff engaged in speed post was too much cooperative. Latter this duration was decreased and it was set that during office hour speed post by post offices and latter this service will be available at R.M.S. . Again it was decreased and the R.M.S. service as was operating 30 years ago was restored in the name of speed post. Now it has been two hours i.e. from 14 to 16 which is most inconvenience time. Now speed post is not done in morning session. Today when I reached at 6:30 evening, there were five at the window waiting for speed post. When I asked two staff above 55 about the speed post, they didn’t reply. When I repeatedly ask , then a boy from somewhere came to window and told that uncle time schedule has changed and speed post time is only from 4 O clock to 6 O clock evening. From a source , I sought detail ,then they were saying that from private couriers a senior accountable staff has intimacy so in order to promote private courier ,this is done in planned way. In R.M.S . Except the staff who do speedpost .all other staff don’t talk in civilized way. The man who is stood to window seems to them like foe.

Details: Sir, PMG Allahabad intimated in his report that the Booking counter of Mirzapur Rail RMS is properly working from 16:00 pm to 18:00pm and no complaint has been found during the booking of articles. The detail of booking of articles is as under Nov 2013 – 908 Dec 1425 January 1602 February 1851 March 1508. Reply to the complainant is also given. (SCAN COPY ATTACHED)

What is the cause of sharp decline from February to March in the booking? The man who submitted the report is most incompetent and zero vigilant. How the department can be secure in the hand of such people. O God, save our country. Here this report proves my allegation. Only my prayer to restore original booking system was not considered because of tyranny.
The latest report is that postal department has completely disrupted its services and staffs are not attending their duties because of unfair dealing of officers accountable of the department in the district. One day your applicant tried to send a parcel to High court as few documents were sought but your applicant waited from 4 to 6 o clock in the evening when no staff came to attend the duty, then in despair your applicant sent them through first flight courier.
                         This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir to take precautionary measure in order to curb this anarchy so that most of the works which are done on only paper must be curbed.  Please direct accountable staff of postal department to maintain transparency and accountability in its function so that interest of consumers may remain secure and protected. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
