Sir the application fee for an RTI application is ruppes 10 so why you pay 20, before being confirmed by the authority.
Under Right to Information Act 2005 Rs.10 is paid as the fee for information sought under subsection 1 of section 6 but if a copy or any thing more is sought, then they will deny in the name of charges Rs. 2 per page. In order to avoid such procrastination Rs.10 additionally paid. Here noting and some other information will be made available by PIO in the form of photo copy which would be charged Rs.2 per page.
Undoubtedly this matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption and information has been sought by the concerned student and later on public spirited individual Yogi M P Singh in regard to not providing information by additional secretary to the aggrieved applicant Pradip Kumar Maurya but still pending in the regional office Varanasi of the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education government of Uttar Pradesh.
