Why Vodafone company charges at the rate of 3-G data but provides 2-G services to its consumers?

Whether Government of India can justify the stand of vodafone
company that it is charging at the rate of 3-G data but providing 2-G services
to its consumers. Whether Government of India can be instrumental in seeking
justice against erring vodafone company. Whether your applicant can get justice
in this anarchy.

Hon’ble member-You have just quoted in your e-mail that
“Dear Mr. Singh,
We have received your email dated 14-Aug-2014 for your Vodafone
Mobile Number 9336252631.
In continuation to our previous email dated on 16-Aug-2014, we would
like to inform you that the Complaint with docket number is 2555593054 have
been closed on 25-Aug-2014, so we would like to inform you that “Your data
accessibility issue has been resolved and our backend tried to contact you on
25-Aug-2014 but you were not contactable”
Your engineer has said that there are two towers near my place ,the
station tower is at distance 730 metre and other tower is  at distance
1000 metre. Here  3-G is not accessible. Here this question arises that
how my issue has been resolved on 25-Aug when the engineer of company is
just gone from here today.

Please direct
concerned public functionary to pay heed to my grievances so that
loss/detriment suffered by your applicant due to negligency of staff of
Vodafone company may be compensated by the company. With due respect your
applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble to the following
submissions as follows. 1-Please direct Vodafone company to pay your
applicant Rs.50000.00 as compensation to damages incurred because of
physical. mental torture of your applicant by the erring staff of Vodafone
company who provided third grade service by violating the consumer rights of
your applicant. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that initially
company informed your applicant that he uses third grade dongle which is the
cause of poor access of internet. But now your applicant is using 3-G dongle
of Idea company. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that at present
your applicant is using 3-G internet data pack by paying two times the tariff
paid for 2-G. With this data pack DNS server always remains absent. Whether
this is not signal that staff of company is deliberately harassing your
applicant and this persecution causing physical and mental of your applicant.
Computer is new, dongle is new ,3-G internet data pack but no access to internet.
No websites are opening. This is humble request of your applicant to you
Hon’ble Sir that my representation be entertained by concerned accountable
functionaries who may direct the company to pay your applicant compensation
as sought under point -1 to damages so that company staff may not dare to
harass the innocent law abiding citizens of the country. For this your

provided by the ISP is not configured correctly. Call the support phone
number for the ISP for help with configuring the settings in Windows and the
ISP software. Be sure to provide the ISP with the information from the
network diagnostics

or the Internet connection software provided by the ISP is not configured
correctly. Call the support phone number for the ISP for help with configuring
the settings in Windows and the ISP software. Be sure to provide the ISP with
the information from the network diagnostics utility.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that
the representation of your applicant be entertained by concerned accountable
functionaries who may direct the company to pay your applicant compensation as
sought under point -1 to damages so that company staff may not dare to harass

  1. Whether it is justified that company may charge of 3-G but service be provided of 2-G and this service may also not be available to consumer.
