Why Tamil Nadu Govt is not pursuing its own notifications in case of SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE

Modi Sir, where is the rule of law in this country if tyranny cum anarchy is rampant in the government machinery ipso facto obvious. Modi Sir, this is your second successive term as prime minister of this largest democracy in the world and during campaign for the first five year term you have sought only 60 months in comparison to 60 years of congress but electorates awarded you 120 months but scenario is more terrific as it seems that there is no regard for constitutional values in this anarchy.

Sir/madam,

I understand your concern on collecting loan amount for personal loan and any exception for customers during lose of job. I heard some rules are there for three months time gap for persons who lose job when paying EMI to bank. I took the same amount from HDFC bank also but not getting any email like this. Totally I pay RS. 10000 for 4 lakhs amount to each bank account.
I pay RS. 20000 for HDFC bank home loan and this is also outstanding for time being.
Thanks & Regards

3 comments on Why Tamil Nadu Govt is not pursuing its own notifications in case of SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE

  1. They did not provide a coin as subsistence allowance to aggrieved whistle blower is a mockery of the law of land.
An employee who is placed under suspension, during the period of such suspension, be entitled to receive payment from the employer as subsistence allowance. An amount equal to fifty percent of the wages which the employee was drawing immediately before suspension, far the first ninety days reckoned.

  2. On the one side of a screen there are those people who take huge amount of loan from the banks and never pay loans still they have good relationship with the staff of the bank and never targeted by the bank staff in order to recover the dues of the bank but on the other side of a screen there are those people who take Meagre amount as loan like house loan and others but always targeted by the bank staff even for minute errors whether such discriminatory dealings of the bank staff can ever be justified?

  3. Whether concerned staffs of the Tamil Nadu government followed these notifications-An employee who is placed under suspension, during the period of such suspension, be entitled to receive payment from the employer as subsistence allowance. An amount equal to fifty percent of the wages which the employee was drawing immediately before suspension, far the first ninety days reckoned.
