Reserve bank of India is not providing sought information even after the first appeal submitted under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information act 2005. The matter is concerned with the serious financial irregularity by a banking institution and R.B.I. Remained mute spectator.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant submitted an appeal on 18/03/2016 through registered post which was received in the office of first appellate officer of reserve bank of India on 28/03/2016 . Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached document with this representation.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Right to Information Act 2005 was enacted by the government of India in order to promote transparency and accountability in the public offices of government of India consequently rampant corruption in the system may be effectively controlled. But lackadaisical approach of public authorities and procrastination on the submitted representations by its staffs as well as violation of provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 caused august act non fertile /barren .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please direct the concerned public authority to provide the sought information instead of escaping from the matter on flimsy ground which is neither in the interest of country nor in the interest of citizenry of state. The true picture of this country is most are on the verge of hunger and spending life in miseries and few amassing huge wealth and spending luxurious life.
                  
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  1. Reserve bank of India is not providing sought information even after the first appeal submitted under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information act 2005. The matter is concerned with the serious financial irregularity by a banking institution and R.B.I. Remained mute spectator.

  2. Whether the role of reserve bank of India is not dubious if not then why concerned is not providing sought information. On flimsy ground central public information officer didn't provide sought information and now first appellate authority didn't take any decision on the submitted first appeal.
