There is loss of lakhs of revenue per day because of illegal mining of sands at the bank of river Gages in one block of the district Mirzapur . Most surprising is that this illegal practice is still continued even after the repeated representation of your applicant.

Hon’ble Sir-This session of illegal mining from the bank of river Ganges  is going to be  over as beginning flood first covers the low lying areas so sand mining will not be feasible.
Here your applicant will raise the sand mining of merely two places 1-Oonchdeeh under police station-Vindhyachal Kotwali on Rampur Ghat Road . 2-Nadini under police station-Vindhyachal Kotwali on Rampur Ghat Road . How many tractors daily pass through temporary police post Latiara (Naugaon) of Vindhyachal Kotwali, exact figure can be explained by Vindhyachal police posted at this post. Whether the tender was issued by the mining department in regard to aforesaid places if not why? Whether to invite bids to raise the fund in order to increases the public benefit is illegal in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. How many tractors were ceased to tackle the problem of illegal mining by the Vindhyachal Kotwali police causing danger to people of nearby places.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                    ‘Yours  sincerely

  2. Here most are busy in filling their pockets only few are thinking constructively. Those drawing huge salary for providing public services are busy in compromising with the interest of nation and if public spirited people raising voices against wrongdoers who are causing huge damage to government revenue ,then such public spirited efforts are overlooked by accountable public functionaries.
