Matter is concerned with the aggrieved farmers who were remained deprived from the public aid because of negligence of concerned staffs of the government. Ipsofacto obvious that chief minister office government of Uttar Pradesh fixed the date of disposal of grievance by 05-July-2016 but the submitted grievance still pending/languishing in the office of principal secretary revenue and natural calamity.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is most surprising that principal secretary, revenue and natural calamity took under teeth the direction of chief minister office but it seems that for state government, Chief minister office considers it as quite acceptable practice of its system. After all in view of your applicant such act of principal secretary will only promote anarchy in the system and tantamount to indiscipline. Principal secretary lowered the dignity of chief minister office by not touching the grievance of chief minister office reference.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of following grievance concerned with the aggrieved farmers not provided any aid by the government functionaries belonging to the drought hit area stall awaiting some help from government as victim of biased approach of government staffs concerned.
Please curb the hunger deaths in the state as it may be third year drought hit state successively. Excessive cut of trees and plantation on papers only under the government schemes since 15 years may have angered the clouds consequently state may change into desert.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
