As per docket no- 402449 which is closed by the company due to serial number- Subject-Camera is not working because windows 10 homes is not supported to the computer according to message reflected on screen windows 10 pro will support and asking for Rs.8400.00 but think about my just paid amount Rs.8000.00 to distributor. Whether our consumer rights are safe in this country? Microsoft Windows 10 Home FPP Batch 99994849688089 license was purchased by your applicant from its distributor computer campus, bariya ghat District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh by paying its cost Rs.8000.00 to distributor ipso facto obvious from attached receipt. Microsoft Corporation India (Pvt) Ltd , is the marketing subsidiary. It commenced its operations in India in 1990, and today has offices in ten cities – Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Gurgaon and Pune. The entity is engaged in consulting and marketing of Microsoft products. Gurgaon Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. He purchased a HP laptop and he purchased a window 10 home from Microsoft and he paid – 8000/- , as per the consumer he install the window in his HP laptop and since then his laptop camera is not working he is making complaint to them and they are not responding him any how they are saying its not supporting but as per him if it was not supporting why they sold it he gave all the details of his system at the time of purchasing this window and now they are saying him to buy another window.

In spite of best efforts of NCH, company has not responded to your complaint. You are requested to send reminder letter to the Company in case you do not get any reply/ satisfactory reply from company you may move to consumer forum, following the procedure prescribed by them.
