Why information is not being provided if every one is honest quite obvious from their procrastination?


An application under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005 inviting the indulgence of the first appellate authority as CPIO made the mockery of Right to Information Act 2005. 
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following information was sought from CPIO 
1-CPIO may provide the notings and status of attached submitted grievances.
2-CPIO may provide the name and designation of public staffs processing the attached grievances at this time and time of completion of processing.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 6. Request for obtaining information.—(3) Where an application is made to a public authority requesting for an information,— (i) which is held by another public authority; or (ii) the subject matter of which is more closely connected with the functions of another public authority, the public authority, to which such application is made. shall transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to that other public authority and inform the applicant immediately about such transfer: Provided that the transfer of an application pursuant to this subsection shall be made as soon as practicable but in no case later than five days from the date of receipt of the application..
  3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly every suggestion was pursued by the aggrieved student but still, his Aadhaar was not updated which is sheer mismanagement and reflection of tyranny.

Whatever suggested to aggrieved student Satyjeet was followed by him without any hesitation but his Aadhaar card is still awaiting an update.
Undoubtedly it is matter of great concern that concerned still not updated the aadhaar card of aggrieved student ipso facto obvious from the submitted appeal. Whether it is good governance as being claimed by the concerned accountable public functionaries.
