Why IDEA company didn’t take port request seriously and own promise was not kept by it.


I had applied for port of Mobile Number-9919736994 from vodafone to Idea.

Hon’ble Staff of Idea company in order to fix the issue ,your consumer is sending the scan copy of sim and its envelop cover page so that any error made by you could be corrected as still sim is not activated.

  1. Most surprising is that when consumer made contact to staffs of company then they replied that your connection is on and complete the prior formalities to the benefit of service of company. But unfortunately service and connection started when second complaint was made by complainant in regard to non accessibility of services and still connection was awaited on the part of service providing company.
