An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India. The matter is concerned with the additional secretary, regional office of the board of secondary education Varanasi. Whether it is justified that in the complaint शिकायत संख्या 60000190095010 आवेदक का नाम Yogi M. P. Singh concerned with the Pradip Kumar Maurya regarding the correction of date of birth which detail is attached as PDF document to the representation, you did not attach any report but only wrote report uploaded and managed to get the grievance disposed of which is not only illegal but a reflection of rampant corruption in caucus with the concerned staffs who monitored the disposal of grievance on the Jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh. Neither providing information under transparency act nor redressing the grievances through proper reply only reflects that we are ruled by complete anarchy instead of good governance. Sometimes it is observed that whatever communication is under challenge and attached to representation, the same communication is attached to manage the grievances disposed of. Your integrity is under the cloud from the fact that not a single communication out of those communications sent under the transparency act was entertained by you. Corruption can not provide contentment witnessed by history. Since 2015, your office was procrastinating on the matter and certain objections were made which were removed but because of corruption quite explicit in the working style, the aggrieved student is still deprived of the social justice and his date of birth still not rectified.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

2-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Honesty is the best policy of a government but what will happen if the policy will be defined by the corruption. Think about the gravity of the situation that about two months passed but concerned State Public Information Officer did not provide the information sought by the information seeker while under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 there is stipulated 30 days to provide information to the information seeker. But it seems that our public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh have been habitual to violate subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information act 2005 ipso facto obvious from the concerned matter. Because of corruption law of land is always taken under teeth by the correct public functionaries and our society remains a mute spectator of it because they are disparate before this lawlessness and Anarchy.

This report has been made available to the applicant by the additional secretary, Intermediate and Highschool Board of Uttar Pradesh at Varanasi after four years of submissions of the grievance by the aggrieved student and for the last eight months near about four dozen representations submitted so that aggrieved student belonging to weaker and oppressed section may get justice. It is most unfortunate that certain objections were made by the office of aforementioned public authorities and which were removed by the aggrieved student and entire documents were sent on behalf of district inspector of school Mirzapur but the procrastination and lackadaisical approach of the staffs of the aforementioned regional office of Uttar Pradesh are continued and cunning games are still being played. Ipso facto obvious additional secretary, Intermediate and Highschool Board of Uttar Pradesh at Varanasi instead of rectifying date of birth showing keen interest in procrastination which quite obvious from the dilly-dallying approach of the concerned public staffs.

Sins 2015 this is student belonging to the weaker and opressed section is wondering and knocking the various doors of the accountable public functionaries to seek the justice. This person wants to get correct the date of birth in the certificates of the high school which was wrong from the public authority regional office of the Secondary Board Education Uttar Pradesh. Because of the rampant corruption in the office of the public authorities concerned, he faced miseries because of the adamant approach is not a single file moves in the office of the concerned public authority. If they are really honest why are they not entertaining the two applications submitted under Right to Information act 2005 which are to be entertained within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application now more than six months passed.

Since 2015 public authority regional office Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education Varanasi procratinating on the grievances of Pradip Kumar Maurya to change the error in date of birth. There is too much corruption in this office and bribe is the integral culture of the staffs of this office so they also cause procrastinating on the matter. Whether anyone in this Anarchy will ask them why are they not replying the applications seeking information under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information act 2005?
