Sir/madam,

Thank you for suggesting me to read the points mentioned in receipt. This is just completely a fraudulent and forgery you are doing with FD deposit. There is nothing mentioned anywhere about your tax saver scheme in anywhere in receipt as well in online FD submission by me. Stop this non sense suggestion for me to read and close the two accounts.
I request you to read the fifth point of premature encashment. I know your corporate game with customers by highlighting some points in FD come under for different schemes.
If at all you do properly send me the written letter from hdfc headquarters I will see it court.

How much surprising that our public functionaries redress the grievances of citizenry without taking the perusal of them which shows that they read the text at the complaint through the telecommunication in the form of telepati which is ipso facto from their working style and arbitrariness with tharani in their working. it is well known fact that if anyone wants to seek justice in the Indian government system then he should have money in his pocket in order to pay bribe to concern public officer otherwise he will be deprived from justice whatever may be the matter.

Think about the precarious condition of this anarchy that neither bank took any action in favour of the aggrieved and nor so called Ombudsman will take but how much butifully explained the following lines which shows no anarchy in the working of bank and banking ombudsman.
