Grievance redressal is one of excellent characteristics of good governance but CGRF Mirzapur is dead since more than five years and corrupt staffs of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited is looting the poor consumers and grievances forwarded by chief minister office are filed by M.D. Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited without taking any action. No information is made available by the corrupt PIOs of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited and few of them even don’t like to correspond under Right to Information Act 2005.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that under article 51 A of constitution of India your applicant wants to know that ,what is the cause of dysfunctional of consumer grievance redressal forum in Mirzapur / vindhyachal division ? Why staffs of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited are providing eight times electricity bills in comparison to actual bill ,whether it is justified. Hon’ble Sir please take a glance of attached documents with this representation.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what is the credibility of such an undertaking of government of Uttar Pradesh ?
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
